This space was perfect for our sweet sixteen party. The food is amazingly delicious, The price of the food was on budget. The food was fresh and it was catered based on their menu. DO NOT BOOK!! Owner is completely unprofessional, didn’t rely correct pricing information and then wanted to sneak in $250 just for us bringing our own food after we sent deposit and that was not talked about, when we asked for deposit back he said no and that it was my fault for not listening! There was no written agreement that said $250 is for the food. In the end I had to get someone else to call and apply pressure since he was very rude to me. I asked for him to give me a discount of the $250 for food since it’s unprofessional to not have let me know before sending the deposit and it’s misleading, he argued with me for over an hour just for him to end up giving my deposit back a week before my event and i found a even better place for better price and better customer service! I’d recommend you not to book with him he will lie and twist your words and not rely proper information!!! Will never recommend and even want to file a complaint. Owner needs more training on how to handle complaint’s, when a bad review is written you apologize and keep it professional not write back a paragraph saying we harassed you, if anybody wants to hear the recording of how the manger of this place acts toward customers on the phone please let me know !😅

We hosted my sisters engagement party here for 80 people and the Owners did an amazing job! We will be back again!

Yesterday I did a set up at Platinum Lounge & Sports Bar for my friend's son's christening. I was truly impressed with the staff. As soon as I arrived at the venue Dwight was there to open the door for me, and greeted me with a smile. I met Kenny later in the afternoon, and he was also so pleasant. They both made sure that my staff and I's needs were met. There are so many services that this lounge offers! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

DO NOT BOOK! The customer service here was terrible. I will never come back. Take my advice and don’t book with them. There are plenty of other better places you can book for events.

It was gr8, it had true pub food, was specially bowled over with nachos, such huge portion size, fully loaded.

Great place to party with friends, especially if you enjoy Karaoke; I felt the same comfort as being home and the service was just fine.

Had a bridal shower here last night and Kenny and his family were a huge help! He was really accommodating with our last minute changes. All the guests loved the venue and neighbourhood.

Place rented 5 days in advance and 30min before the party we found 4 unknown guys inside the place drinking and using the clean bathroom and messy up. Well, very very frustrated but, it is what is. Poor management!

We rented the place for a Christmas party, Kenny the owner and Dwight was very accommodating and friendly. The place was pretty spacious as well for small parties. I would definitely rent the place again for future events. Highly recommended.

Platinum lounge is an ideal place for friends to get together and watch a game, hang out and have a good time. The space is awesome with many facilities and definitely should not be missed !
