Scam store, just paid 500$ for a brand new CRACKED GLASS terrarium. Do NOT buy here and encourage them. There are better stores. Go to Tails and Scales or Big Al down the road. Karen, you don't fool me with your response. I asked 3 times before leaving the store, what if it does not hold water or if it is cracked. The sale persons (two girls) were very sure that once I leave the store, there is not refund or return but they will be happy to HELP ME GLUE IT. No need Karen, I know how to use an aquarium glue. The point is for that much money, I should not get a NEW broken tank. And yes, it was behind the corner packaging, HOW DID YOU KNOW? Well, if your help is to glue it, I reserve my right to post all I know about your store. So dear customers, once you leave the store with a tank, you might find cracks in it but won't be able to return it. However the store people will teach you how to glue it.

Fast and nice customer service, got my hatchling cornsnake there for 60 CAD four years ago, and she's still healthy and active :))

These guys are amazing. I ordered a juvenile Ball Python from them, and she arrived in perfect health and well packaged. I even made an error with my purchase, and the email service was fast and on point with sorting it out with me. I will definitely be buying through them again.

The staff are knowledgeable and the stock of feeders is always good. I'm really disappointed that the mask/face covering bylaw is not being enforced. There was zero attempt to offer curbside service or correct the following that I observed in my 10 minute visit today: - the man with his mask down below his nose and two small children with no masks (at least one of whom was old enough to be required to wear one) - the lady who walked in with no mask or face covering/shield at all and was still served without question We've been dealing with Covid now for over 18 months. I don't care if you're "exempt". Alternative options exist for nearly all businesses to serve such customers. At this stage, I expect better.

A wonderful place to see all kinds of reptiles from snakes, dragons, lizards and turtles! They have all of your reptile needs like food, dressings and beddings. They also have boarding in case you need to house your reptile while you are away. Really kind staff with lots of knowledge. I love this place!!

I went down there to pick up frozen rats for my ball Python, and they were the only Reptile store that didn't charge an arm and a leg, plus they could do a bulk order. When I got down there, they had a huge selection of Reptiles ranging from novice to advanced. The staff were great. Overall, it was a great experience

Personally my favorite reptile store. I don't typically buy any animals from pet shops but I do buy my feeders and reptile merchandise here. I like coming here mainly due to the staff. The girls that work there are always friendly and welcome my constant chatting. I like talking about the hobby as I keep so many reptiles. I have been to places that really don't have the time to talk. It's kept me coming back. The place is clean, stocked with tons of things we all need and really it's a great place all around to even just visit. Keep up the fantastic work all. The photos I uploaded for here aren't from the store. They're from breeders but I feed app of these animals from the rodents I buy from all reptiles. They're all of course happy 😊 Brian

I got a baby ball python back in 2020 who is now 3 years old and absolutely thriving! Once I am able to take in a monitor lizard I will be checking with them!

I bought a Mexican Kingsnake for my husband and the staff was very friendly at first. I found the male staff more easy going though, as he seemed to understand my fear of snAkes. I felt the other staff found me a bit annoying - but they were pleasant enough until I had left. I get they probably wondered why I was even buying a snake but my husband wants one and it was a Christmas gift. The professionalism was different between the male and female staff, but other than that - I was pleased with their service. The male staff was very very kind and I felt more empathetic. We got to bring our snake home and my husband is happy!

I have been going here for supplies I need from time to time. I have also purchased some geckos for my daughter and they were great pets. Service is good to great. The staff are pretty quick to ensure I am helped when I arrive.

I had a great experience with All Reptiles. I live in another province so all of our interactions were via email. They were prompt in getting back to me, friendly and very accommodating when scheduling shipment. I got a beautiful snowflake White's tree frog from them. My baby arrived well packaged and secure. The frog is beautiful and healthy. It's been all good while interacting with All Reptiles!

Excellent service! I went to All Reptiles with my girls today to inquire about frogs and a gecko. Instantly we were approached to ask if we needed help (I didn’t get his name). Then we met Natasha who spent so much time talking to us about geckos and lizards. She was so knowledgeable! Next we spoke with Lindsay about frogs. Again so much knowledge! I told them that we weren’t buying them today but we were looking for information and they spent so much time providing us with the information we were looking for. A great experience!

Great experience at All Reptiles. It is a store that has a good variety of reptiles, glass tanks, reptile kits, decorations, etc. My kids were impressed by how friendly workers were, especially the girl who was wearing a hoodie. She explained things to us extremely well and gave us a couple of reptile cards to help us choose the right one. We will be going back to pick up a crested gecko from them. Highly recommended.

We ordered Mazuri tortoise food online through All Reptiles and received it in 2 days. We really appreciate that the great reptile vendors we meet at local expos now have online stores. They've always carried products that are otherwise really hard to find since big retail chains won't stock them. So being able to order these online and get them just as fast as Amazon because it's all local is super helpful.

Just bought some isopods and springtails from these guys and they were super friendly and helpful! The gentleman working at cash gave me a quick rundown on my new bug friends and one of the female employees made sure I got a good culture seeing as the one I grabbed originally didn’t have many so she made sure I left with a good start. Really appreciated their time! Definitely an awesome store and the employees there made us feel welcome <3. Will come again!

I do not normaly leave reviews but I think this place deserves it. I had never ordered any reptial or even pet online before, so naturaly I was nervous. The staff were super polite and nice and helped assure me it was safe. I ordered a pied ball python and it arrived safely and very healthy. He was exactly as they described for weight, and was absolutely stunning. Buying from here was a great experience and deffiantly would buy from here again.

I needed a replacement screen lid for my Exo Terra tank and after looking everywhere I found one on their website. Even though I live in a different country it shipped extremely fast and was packaged well so it arrived in perfect condition.

We called the store and spoke to Karen, asking questions about caring for our baby Pacman frog. Even though she knew that we hadn't bought the pet from this location, she was extremely helpful and patient, answering all our concerns as new parents of this weird little frog. I was very impressed with Karen's professionalism and courtesy, and I wanted to make sure that she got the appropriate kudos.

We are very picky about reptile care. We come every week for fresh bugs and other supplies for our beardie. This shop never lets us down! Chameleons are cool to see.

Great store! Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, there's a great amount of inventory and pretty much anything you'd need for reptiles! Plus their prices are better than done of their nearby competition. All I really think I need to say is there's a reason I keep coming back to All Reptiles when there's a Petsmart literally down the street.

I love this store so much! Literally went in and asked for something they helped me but the item was not on stock. The girl working helped me find it in another store and called them for me! Fantastic! Very patient and very informative. I ordered my tangerine tornado gecko from the store via email. Placed the order over a month ago and the gecko showed up as scheduled. I live on the Westcoast so emailing was the easiest source of communication. The response time was good. I would highly recommend All Reptiles for my future purchases.
