Just adopted my cat from here! The staff are very friendly and professional!

The staff are always so helpful and sweet. Very wide variety and they have a cat that stays in the store cute as a button. Love this place. I do wish they had an employee of colour and colour but that’s a personal preference.

My favorite PetValu! I go here at least once a week. Customer service is amazing. The employees at this location are super helpful and they know their stuff.

Store was extremely busy, staff was friendly, but spent too much time focusing on a puppy that was in the store, when the line up was 6 deep... very frustrating.

Some very loud "teenagers" were working here. I could not even focus on picking out a gift for my friends cat because they were talking so loudly, banging the cupboards at the cash register. They clearly didn't want to be there as all they could talk about was how much longer until their break or for their shift to end. I promptly left as I was put-off at the lack of unprofessionalism and customer service at this location.

Great location. Staff are always helpful. The freezer with the raw bones is very well organized compared to other stores making finding what you need much easier. Hope to see the raw selection expand as more owners make the switch to a fresh diets

Meghan is just pawsome! Seriously, I’ve got my first Canadian puppy (he’s a 6 month old papillon, not a very popular breed) and I took him for boots and a jacket on Christmas Eve the store was about to close - which I only noticed after I left because I hung out with my puppy for a few minutes in front of the store. Meghan was incredibly patient and respected his time to try on the boots and find him a jacket, she was very knowledgeable and super gentle with my little ball of fur. She gave me advice on how to get him used to the boots and set me up for some starter info on food. I’ll def become a regular and do all my pet shop here. Thank you for being so kind and gentle with my puppy and for sharing relevant information with me.

I have been to other Pet Valu and other dogs stores (having three dogs of myself, and being part of a shelter rescue) I must say this location is outstanding! They have more sales it seems. When I’m there I spend a good hour just looking at stuff and my pups enjoy the attention and they are so patient. I speak about this place at the dog park and anybody I know that has a fur baby. Their manager I think Megan is is so nice she really knows her stuff. This is my Abby showing off her coat she loves it! (On sale 70% off) Thank you!

I have been coming here for years. The service is always spot on. They treat everyone with kindness and you feel as if your part of the family! Now that's my take. My dog is another story. Hennessy will tell you that this place is like Disney Land. She always gets praise and treats. If she knows we are going to see her "friends" she knows its Pet Valu time! Thank you to each one of you Staff Members for always being Fantastic!

Clean store and welcoming staff, very accommodating. I was driving to further locations to get my dogs food and I was informed I can order to this store specifically, that was a great help!

Staff friendly, checkout quick. Location in a smaller strip mall so parking spaces had to be searched for at the time of day I went

Hi this is a well stocked store ,service is topnotch the parking can be tight on weekends but that’s not there fault keep up the good work guys.

The lady with glasses is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I explained how I have a Bengal kitten and the lady explained the different varieties of food and the benefits. She was very passionate and knowledgeable. The store itself was very nice and organized. I'll come back for sure to get my products for my Bengal.

The staff at this store have always been very friendly and helpful. They’ve assisted me whenever I’ve had questions regarding food products for our two cats. We recently adopted a rescue puppy who is a small breed, and they walked me through all the requirements we’d need for her care, and gave me a booklet to keep track of her progress, as well as what medical needs she’d require (immunizations, etc) as she grows. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
