Joe fresh clothes are pretty good. Good selection of clothes for kids. Best bargain is when they are of clearance especially the shoes. Its a great steal. Not much selection for men but women have a good selection of active wears as well. Not much accessories but whatever they have is unique.

Very unresponsive, irresponsible, and slacking Joe Fresh staff. I called the lady in the clothing department for curb-side pickup an hour before Joe Fresh’s department closing time at the Superstore. I was told to wait for her call back because she was supposed to look up the item. I never received a call back from her. Then, I again called her after 35 min, so she asked to stop by 15 min to close. She told me that they will be able to process the order as long I get there before 6 pm. I started looking for her along with another gentleman at 5:50 pm, but she was hiding somewhere. As soon as the clock hit 6:02 pm, she appears out of no where at the counter and told us that we have to come tomorrow, since she gave the machine away at 6 pm sharp. What a waste of my time. How can she misinform customers to come, and then make an excuse about how they were so busy in a dead store. Customer service asked me to talk to her after listening to entire situation. Like what am I supposed to do after they have wasted so much time and drive of mine!

I was waiting for someone to come to the cash. I went to customer service and asked for them to page someone. Still no one. Then I called the store to get someone. Still no one. Then after awhile a girl comes by telling me that she was on lunch at 4:48pm. No apology, nothing. Just gave excuses. This place needs better customer service training. Very disappointed!

As fresh as can get but it's weird that a clothing store sells food as well. Down side is the building is too big. Currently still stuck inside. No hope for me. Just let my family know that I love them.

Variety of clothing but bit expensive

Prices vary, when you find a good sale it is so worth it. Quality is a level above wal-mart for sure. Would come back for kids seasonal necessities.

Not much selection, couldn’t find what I was looking for and couldn’t find anything to waste my money on. The other Joe Fresh spots are better for sure.

Moderate to high prices for cheaply made clothes. It’s easy to navigate and usually clean and organized. Baby and children’s clothes are the the best. They need to up their game with the women’s clothing line.

I purchase Joe Fresh clothing and haven't had a bad experience yet. I like the items.

I like their clothing. Over a longer period of time, none of the ones I own from them have fallen apart on me, or seem of lower quality. Especially a fan of their PJs and summer line of stuff (young to adult female).

Large location, with clothing for women, men, and kids. Active wear, seasonal items, accessories, coats, shoes

Mediocre clothing. Not very attractive, but affordable
