Mr. Shervin Karimi is truly a professional , punctual and caring. He is full of knowledge and he knows how treats his pension. Totally recommend him as he is the best . The front desk are helpful with total positive attitude. Keep up with your good work guys .

I've been to several clinics and this is by far the best one! I've been attending this clinic for a few years now and everyone is very nice and helpful. Mya and Angel are always accommodating to my schedule and super lovely people. Benson and Noah always take care of my painful areas and communicate throughout the session. I am a ticklish person and can be anxious, Benson always communicates throughout the session to explain what he is doing and asks how I am doing throughout as well which I really appreciate. Noah the massage therapist always makes me feel so relaxed at the end and does a really good job at providing tips for at home relief and educates his client's as well. Lovely and professional staff.

The staff at Health Bound have all been exceptional. From their receptionist team Grace, Rita, and Julia to all their therapists including Kushal, Shervin and Noah who have all helped me identify and treat my pain. They have been nothing but welcoming and accommodating. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to this clinic.

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now after a terrible accident. I went for my first assessment and met with Parisa. She is a great listener, knowledgeable and so passionate about her job and taking care of her patients. I’ve been going here for about 6 months and I’m so happy with my progress so far thanks to Parisa, Sherwin The centre is very clean and each room is sanitized. Everyone working there is taking all necessary precautions for COVID-19. Very welcoming receptionists, Grace, Rita, and Julia. They put a smile on your face because of their great service every time! I would definitely recommend anyone going there!

Going to health bound has changed me in so many ways. I know I’ll be taken care of when I walk into this clinic. It’s so clean and modern it has a home warmth type of feel, you never want to leave. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable essentially the administration. They have an amazing team! I recommend this place to everyone, they have many services and equipment that are different from other clinics!

Shervin is the best mechanical therapist/physiotherapist I have ever worked with, after a bad neck injury I have been working with him and it is helping so much, he is extremely careful and really has a vast knowledge of the body. Highly highly recommended!

The facility was very clean and social distancing, and all COVID-19 protocols are done with ease. The receptionists, Julia and Rita are there to welcome all guests as soon as they enter and are very courteous. Kushal was very friendly and listened well with my concerns. Very gentle hands but amazing with cracking the body! Ganna is sweet but with heavy hands (which I absolutely love). Grant was there to find the best practices and exercises after my car accident. Overall, a great environment to be in and would definitely recommend my friends and family to be taken cared of at MARKHAM'S HEALTHBOUND than any other Healthbound location.

The clinic is very clean and has good protocols in place. I’m never waiting. The staff (Julia and Rita) are polite and friendly and on top of my health care. Shervin my therapist has been very encouraging with regaining movement back in my arm after my accident that left it fractures and elbow dislocation.

I suffered a wrist injury and I've been attending this clinic for a few months now. This clinic has such a friendly atmosphere. Mya and Angel are so kind and have always attentive and accommodating to my schedule. Initially, I started seeing Parisa who is very professional and friendly. I had to switch over to Shervin as Parisa went off on maternity leave. Shervin is such a great physiotherapist who is always particular with my care. He is very knowledgeable as he explained the anatomy behind my injury and explained how the exercises would help my recovery. Highly recommend this clinic!

This clinic and everyone that works within have always showed me the utmost care and professionalism ever. They always make sure all my questions and concerns are answered and met and make sure my appointments fit my schedule. They have great social distancing protocols and the clinic is always spotless. They are very good at what they do from Physio massage to even the front desk, and not only are they good they always do it with a big smile. Highly recommend.

I broke my ankle a few months back, did not think I would be back to my normal life in just 5 months! Staff is great! Especially Grace! My schedule was not the easiest to work with but she was always able to fit me in and work around me! Probably why I recovered in 5 months!

The entire staff here have been nothing but welcoming and accommodating with my needs. A few weeks back, I booked my first PT appointment through Grace at the front desk. She was very friendly and pleasant to deal with, and recommended me to Shervin for physiotherapy. Shervin was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, you can tell he has had many years of expertise under his belt. Would highly recommend.
