I don't normally write reviews but for these guys I had to,I bought a T5 UVB fixture online and when it didn't work upon arrival I contacted Mark and they sent out a new bulb the next day. I installed the new bulb and it still didn't work. They sent me out a whole new fixture and it worked so the original fixture was bad. There customer service and attention to fixing the issue was a 10 star. I would recommend them to anyone and there customer service is awesome Tom

Way better than shopping from Big Al's which I've experienced long and slow order processing (took a week to ship my order out).
