love the drinks here! the fruit teas are amazing! love how much and how big the fruits are inside the drinks. Had the imperial fruit tea and the golden grapes bloom. The imperial fruit tea has such a great flavour in tea and having that fruit steep inside the tea gives it that much more flavour! The golden grapes bloom had such juicy amd sweet kyoho grapes and is such a marvellous colour! located in a cool heritage home and a really nice change to the other tea houses. Service is impeccable and always in point! Love how they are always trying to help out with the choices and once you choose, they also care about the taste for you too! great job overall and totally coming back to try more drinks! Went here to pick up one of my giveaway wins, and my bf and I got the Mango Tango and the Okinawa Bobo. The person who served us recommended us to get 70% sugar as these drinks tend to be really sweet. I liked this sugar level, however my bf would have liked more sweetness. The Mango Tango was super refreshing, and the coconut cream was a nice surprise! The Okinawa Bobo was pretty good but we would have liked the tapioca to be chewier. Otherwise, such a cool place to get bbt!

To everyone who is looking for a new bubble tea place to try - this is it! Their drinks may be on the expensive side but they're well worth it if you are one to enjoy and appreciate fruit teas with STRONG tea flavour. The milk tea use real milk and tea, no powder feel, that's why I like it.The fruits tea tastes very fresh, my kids like them too. The store is really nice and clean. I feel safe to let my kids have it. What surprised me is there are really a lot of fresh fruits cubes in the fruits tea!

One of my new favorites when it comes to drinks. Their green reserve tea is very tasty and refreshing. Coupled with fresh fruits makes for a great treat or dessert. Highly recommended!

Great little place tucked in behind DQ. Wouldn't know it was there except for the Groupon deal I had. Very friendly girl at the counter. Nice service and good quality drinks. I'd go back for a treat since the drinks do add up as an expense at $7.95 for some of the drinks. Their name when I bought the Groupon was Yo Tea but apparently they've gotten rebranded to Urban Cova as of today (Dec 22, 2021)

This location opened up in the old Major Miliken Pub. Staffs are friendly, and so far we are loving all the drinks we've tried. Relic!ous Jade -Avocado smoothie with yakult (i tasted banana too, I swear this drink is just like a bowl of breakfast lol) Relic!ous Pearl -lychee slush with rose flavour (lychee alone is already sweet, I asked for no sugar added and it tasted just right👌 and then mom stole it from me😆) The fruits teas were refreshing, I ordered mine with no sugar w oolong tea, perfect for our summer heat! This location is 5 mins drive from us so expect return visit soon🦄!

Been looking for a new sit down bbt place and glad I found YoTea. Fruit teas are amazing! (haven't tried other drinks YET but bet they are good as well). Great attention to detail, cup even comes with a fork for you to dive in to fruits in drink.

Quick service, and tasty drinks. They have good bundle deals too. Their patio is now open, they have ~3 tables with sun umbrellas and a bench, but only 9 ppl on the patio at a time. They also have a curbside service where It looks like you park in certain spots and they are suppose to come out and take your order. But I didn't see it actually happen so I'm not sure if that's still running. The parking situation is really unfortunate, their parking lot is beside a dairy Queen drive through so if the drive through is full there's no way for you to exit the parking lot. I had to wait 5+ minutes for cars to move throught the drive through so I could leave.
