Dr. Jain is a kind and compassionate doctor who is very knowledgeable and truly listens to you. She spent so much time with me listening to everything I have been through, and formulating a well-thought out plan to help me. I have been to dozens of doctors before finding her. Her recommendations were effective, and she told me things that no other doctor has been able to pin point about my health. She made me feel like she was with me every step of the way and that there was hope for what I was dealing with. She took her time to call me and email me in between appointments, check in with me, and consult with my other doctors as well. I felt truly taken care of and heard here. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jain to anyone who is suffering with health issues, or if you feel like you have tried every other doctor under the sun. Her office space is also very inviting and absolutely beautiful! She makes everything easy and even validates your parking. She truly cares about her patients and is clearly a kind and wonderful human being and doctor. Highly highly recommend!

We went to Dr. Jain because we were having difficulty finding out what was wrong with me after 4mos of constant pain, losing weight, and extremey elevated inflammatory markers. Other doctors knew there was something wrong, but no one could figure it out. They were ALL constrained by the medical care system with how long they could spend with me, what tests they could send me for, having to avoid the "more expensive ones" despite my great insurance coverage. Before seeing Dr. Jain, I had an extensive workup and imaging without result or diagnosis. We met with Dr. Jain and she spent 2hrs with us on the 1st visit! She reviewed my chart prior to our visit and discussed with us her thoughts and recommendations for our next step. She reached out to me frequently, often late evenings (after office hours) and weekends--she even responded to a question while she was out of town! I couldn't believe how much time she was spending thinking about my case. She reached out to collegues in different specialties and helped me attain appointments more quickly than if I was trying on my own. She also worked together with my other physicians who were also trying to find my issues, including another Rheumatologist. She wasn't going to stop looking until she found out what was wrong with me--that is whatshe said! In the end, it was Dr. Jain that sent me for the perfect (and only) test that found my issue. FYI...we knew it was not a rheumatologic issue early on in our workup and she still continued to search to find what was wrong. Dr. Jain is THE most kind, thoughtful, caring human I have every had the pleasure of working with!! She is worth every penny!! All the tests and medications she prescribed were covered by insurance. She is worth it and will spend her time helping you achieve what is necessary for your best health!

I visited Dr. Jain for my mothers checkup on Jan 11. I am not sure where to start but I have nothing but high praise and admiration for Dr Jain. What really stood out with me is the time Dr. Jain took with our initial consultation. We never felt rushed and felt at ease throughout our visit. She is soft spoken, compassionate, a great listener and most importantly very caring. Aside from being a brilliant and knowledgeable doctor, she really wants to know you from the human side and does her best in making sure we are getting the best service and walking out the door with all our questions/concerns answered. She really adds that personal touch and cares about all aspects of life and has so much knowledge to share. She digs deep to get to the bottom of any issues and is beyond thorough. She's also very accessible and very prompt with her responses whether its via phone or email. Jessica, her assistant was friendly and made us feel welcome moment we walked into her office. If you need to see an experienced rheumatologist who will actually listen to you and take the time to address all your questions, I would highly recommend Dr. Jain.

Dr. Jain is not only a superb doctor (having identified and then successfully managed my extremely rare condition), but she is one of the most responsive practitioners I've ever encountered. Among other things, she once returned within 5 minutes a 2 a.m. phone call I placed to her service one night. She left a big practice so she could focus more closely on caring for her patients. Dr. Jain is my best physician. I’ve been with her for more than 10 years. Dr. Jain treats you like a person not a number. She takes her time to get to know you. She was the best during the pandemic. She would make house calls, literally this made me feel so much better knowing a doctor cared about me in such a way and wanted to make sure I was doing ok during that difficult period. Had a fantastic first visit with Dr. Jain - she is incredibly knowledgeable and a great communicator. I have seen several doctors over many years for gout and none have ever taken anywhere near the amount of time and care that she did to explain the underlying causes, talk through how the various treatment options work, and come up with a plan to manage it both short and long term. The office visit experience is also incredibly easy and efficient - no waiting, a great assistant and a relaxed atmosphere. This is how all medical care should be.

I recently became a patient of Dr. Jain. I was extremely pleased during my very first visit. She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, and sincerely cares about your medical journey and the outcomes.
