I just rate the restaurant: the vegetarian main [sic!] dish was tiny (a total of 11 gnocchis). Also, it was a bit bland. When I politely remarked this, when paying the bill, I was told that they had the biggest dishes of switzerland and I was mistaken. The meat plates looked fine and tasty, though, which , as a vegetarian, made the whole experience even more frustrating.

One of the best hotels in Gstaad. I could enjoy the view of entire Switzerland in one frame from my balcony. You could see alps, meadows, snow, chalets and a river, all of it just sitting in your balcony. Staff is also very helpful. The place is quite upmarket. 10 minutes walk from promenade.

Best experience in Switzerland. Location is excellent. Service and staff are excellent and veey sweet and friendly. One of the owners from Matti family I think Amina Matti welcomed us. She was a very sweet lady. Everyone from the front desk to the servers at restaurant were great. Highly recommend any1 going to Gstaad to stay here. The hotel has been run for 3 generations now and they seem to really care and take care of the guests from their heart. Thanks for the experience.

Very good hotel for families and relaxing stays. We went off-season but saw it is right next to the cable car. A bit further away from the centre for summer. Superb breakfast in rustic room, spacious rooms that are quiet and calm. Pizzeria does not only offer great pizza but a full delicous menue of local and french dishes. Very hospitable staff!

Amazing location,close to promenade. We were offered a surprise complimentary upgrade from superior room to superior chalet with large balcony,one living and one bedroom. The enterior was exotic with breathtaking mountain view from balcony. Delicious breakfast with range of ootions;very cordial front desk.They also provided drop off and pick up service from Gstaad station.I wish I could rate them more than 5 star.

Perfect family friendly hotel with great views, amenities for kids and delicious restaurant. Excellent service from happy employees as well.

This hotel is very particular. Every single member of the personnel has a true envy to bring a positive experience to guests. The owner demonstrated an outstanding customer service when I left an important piece of my baggage behind. I couldn’t be more impressed.

We had a beautiful 2 night stay here, and everything was great! The rooms were nice and clean. One little hiccup, though. In Room 504, the side door that opened up to the garden had a broken lock and couldn't be locked shut. The breakfast was so great and especially the staff was superb!! You can order more stuff off the menu that they will make fresh in their kitchen. We would love to come back. If you are thinking about booking here, look no further. DO IT!

The team is super friendly and customer care conscious, great welcome. 10/10 The hotel deco is Swiss chalet style, warm, comfy, well decorated, you get a sense of feeling home and secure. The play room for adults is quite fun as well as the heated swimming pool outside. Gym small but will do for a morning work out. The Pizzeria with wood oven and great menu. Definitelly a MUST when in town 😊

Very cozy atmosphere, the restaurant is very good as well. Loved the experience and that our room was overlooking a stream if water and the mountains!

We stayed here for 1 night on our trek across Switzerland (hiking the Via Alpina 1) and we loved every moment of it. It is a great location (just a little walk from the core shopping/eating areas) and had a beautiful room. We would highly recommend Hotel Arc-en-ciel in Gstaad.

The best place in Gstaad! Open all year round. Jose and Amel always take great care of us every time! Kids love it. Like returning home.
