👍👍 I'm thrilled, it totally exceeded my expectations. For big and small, for old and young, there is something for everyone. A forest where it never gets boring. There are interesting displays at the many stations that you can read, touch, play, climb, create yourself, etc. Everything is very clean and... People often mention forest, nice, kids,

I'm thrilled, it totally exceeded my expectations. For big and small, for old and young, there is something for everyone. A forest where it never gets boring. There are interesting displays at the many stations that you can read, touch, play, climb, create yourself, etc. Everything is very clean and well maintained. In the “house” the activities continue. It's a bit clear, but nicely done. We will be back...

Very nice free forest adventure trail with five stations on one tour. Everything is very informative and barrier-free. Lots of opportunities to just sit on a bench and take in the forest, the silence and the animals. Also recommended for cool, shady relaxation on a hot summer day. - We'll take a look at the exhibition in the house when the weather is bad.

Very nice museum / very nice forest nature trail and easy to reach in Stuttgart! I definitely recommend walking the circular route (1.3 km). Barrier-free and the kids can run around. Class! I recommend bringing a picnic and eating in the yard!

Went here based on a recommendation, of course there's a lot going on on the weekend :), but it was still a very nice and impressive stay. An exciting, adventurous house with lots of opportunities for discovery for children. There is a pond and a playground outside. Toilets and changing rooms, as well as a coffee/snack machine (only coin payment is possible) with seating inside the annex are also available. Well equipped!

Beautiful forest path where the children can be active. We were there on a Saturday, so the house was unfortunately too hard, so a rating purely for the forest path.

Beautiful running pathways around „Haus des Waldes“ with fitness stations on the way. Plenty options for runners to chose. Close to the Stuttgart Fernsehturm. You can barbecue or just come for a walk, too. I like this place a lot. Min. 1 time a week I come here. On Sundays especially in summer it could be crowded what depends on the time you come here. Early in the morning or later afternoon is a better time.

Always a good place to take your children to, especially when the weather is a bit hot. Located in the forest where it is a few degrees cooler!

Very nice place to teach kids about nature and forest animals. Specially nice when they have a "Fest" day with kids program and food.

Our children really enjoyed tree climbing. Climb about 20 m high on the rope for 2 hours and then lower it again. Only possible with advance reservation. The guides did a great job and responded to the children individually. It's a shame that the House of the Forest wasn't open on Saturdays.

Highly Recommended. Knowledge is imparted in a playful way and the kids can let off steam at various stations. Really detailed and well implemented. The outdoor lighting is also highly recommended and implemented just as knowledgeably. Suitable for strollers and wheelchairs. Free parking spaces are also available. Even if you forget non-slip socks, they have them there. Really great, top ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Idyllic in the middle of the forest, the forest Christmas is beautifully designed.

This place is family-oriented and as it is expected it teaches young and old about the forest and the surrounding nature. The place organizes a tour in the nearby forest for the public (free of charge) and teaches us how valuable the eco system and forest is. We joined one of these tours for free and we learned from two qualified hosts valuable information. You can also create your own picnic nearby.

Great place for the kids. Generally the Waldau is a great place for a walk. There's an outdoor grill and playground 5 minutes walk away.

A good place for kids. Not so much to do for big kids, though. The toilet is not available.
