The people are really friendly. Some speak english very well. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they talked me through some issues that I could resolve on my own. They printed the manual book for repairs and parts that were needed for my car and provided better options (order them online or have shipped from US) that were cost effective. They can provide a loaner car if you schedule in advance. They also accept the VAT form.

I was really skeptical when I did some research about Lexus customer service by reading them on the internet. Little did I know that I would ended up buying a Lexus from this dealer. The whole journey is an experience where I was welcomed into the dealer as though I was welcomed as a guest into a home. Johannes Vogl spent the time explaining about the car including the features even though I did not make any appointment prior. The first meeting ended up with me booking a test drive. After test driving, Mr Vogl took the time to get everything sorted out even though I decided to buy the car in short noticed. He kept me in close loop throughout the whole process and everything went smoothly. He even took his time and explained about the functionality of the car when I picked it up even though I was late for the appointment. I highly doubt that any other car seller would go through the same trouble. Even though the interaction with Michael Vogl was short but he was kind and friendly enough to take a photo of me and my wife with our new Lexus ES. I know I will experience this level of customer service throughout my ownership of my new car. It is no wonder that this dealer won the Kiwami award for being the top 10 Lexus dealer of Europe. To more awards in the future! Truly "Experience Amazing"!

Excellent service! I have a US spec Toyota van and they did a great job. Highly recommend AHZ for Toyota service. I had my brake fluid replaced. Took less than 45 minutes and they have a nice waiting area. The staff speaks English and are very helpful. I have found my Toyota service center for Stuttgart.
