The staff complained that in front of me and said that there was no 4-seats-Cabrio around and only a 2-seats-Cabrio in Wolfsburg. Besides, he told me I could also get a 2-seats-Cabrio in Hannover but I had to take the public transport myself to Hannover. Due this unexpected huge problem, my weekend was destroyed!!! The only star is for the free cancellation of my reservation.     I've rented a transporter through a collective corporate agreement discount at a very good price compared to the market👍. The protocol for receiving it was thoroughly and professionally done, giving it back was a complete 100% DIY without any further complications. The car fit the rented category dimensions, was in good shape, all the pre-damages were considered and the new observed minor ones on the spot registered. Schnell zu finden und gute öffentliche Anbindungen mit Bus, sowie Bahn. (5*) Wenn nötig, kann man auch ein abholservice in Anspruch nehmen. Diesen kann ich aber nicht bewerten. Angekommen an der Station, gab es keine Wartezeit. Die freundlichen und aufgeschlossenen Mitarbeiter*innen haben kurz was erzählt und die Buchung abgeschlossen und uns nach der Bezahlung ohne Probleme den Schlüssel überreicht. Da wir die App benutzt haben, wurde das angemietete Fahrzeug innerhalb von 2 Minuten eingetragen, sodass man auch gleich die Schäden begutachten kann und neue feststellen kann.(5*) + (5*) Für 300€ Mietkaution ist das Fahrzeug, das wir bekommen haben eine Wucht. Sauber, gepflegt, mit kleineren gebrauchsspuren, für diese kann SIXT aber nichts, sowie gerademal 18.000km auf dem Tacho. (5*) Den notservice können wir leider nicht bewerten. Da die Fahrzeuge immer einwandfrei funktioniert haben. Die Abgabe ist problemlos durch einen safe von statten gegangen. Auch hier ist es innerhalb von 2 Minuten registriert worden und mir wurde eine E-Mail mit Bestätigung geschickt worden. (5*) Die Kaution ist innerhalb von 3 Wochen wieder auf unser Konto überwiesen worden. Bisschen lange, aber bei dem Ansturm kein Wunder. Denn das Fahrzeug muss gereinigt werden, sowie überprüft werden. Und bei Corona kann dies halt ein wenig dauern. (5*) Fazit: Buchung - 5 Anbindung - 5 Service - 5 Prüfungsmethode - 5 Fahrzeugzustand- 5 Kaution - 5 Notservice - nicht bewertet Rückgabe - 5 Rückzahlung - 5 Wir sind bereits schon 4 mal vor Ort gewesen und sind bis auf 1 mal komplett zufrieden gewesen. Bei dem einen mal ist leider von innen die Scheibe nicht gesäubert gewesen, weswegen wir nen Milchglas hatten. Aber sonnst alles top. Danke SIXT und bis zur nächsten Miete.

    Kundenservice ist ein Fremdwort bei Sixt - Bei Anliegen nur Warteschleife oder keine Annahme. Nach ewiger Wartezeit einen Mitarbeiter erreicht, der mir bestätige, dass mein Anlegen - Mietwagen bringen - nicht erfüllt werden kann, obwohl das schon 10 Tage bei Reservierung bekannt war. Nur auf Nachfrage erfahren - halt Pech gehabt. Keine Lösungsangebot und halt "Pech gehabt" und von der Hotline aufgelegt. Gehe lieber wieder zum Mitbewerber um die Ecke.

    I enjoy renting a car with SIXT a lot. It’s usually a great experience from the customer point of view. But guys: winter tires on a hot summer day! You want to kill me? It takes 20m longer to do an emergency brake from 160km/h to zero on a German Autobahn with winter tires on a warm day. About 10m more from 100km/h. Those are standard speeds in Germany. Why do you hand out cars with winter tires in summer months. You want to kill people?

    I use Sixt minim three times a year but this time I didn't receive the service Sixt is known for. Also due to the COVID-19, you expect additional service to also keep the client's mind at rest.     Got an upgrade to a bmw 5 series for 3 days and had to extend for an extra day. On the day of renting, the employee did not give me a clear answer on how much I have to pay per day for extending the rental contract. Finally, they overcharged me. Will not recommend to anyone else.

    Really disappointed. Our transporter was cancelled on the morning of our moving day. We were left with the options of either driving almost an hour to get another one, or trying to find a transporter somewhere else. That’s really worst case situation when you have organised helpers and need to move out of your apartment.
