Hotel is ok. We had an apartment with kitchen and balcony. Rooms were clean and friendly, but daily cleaning could be better. Not a single chair in the whole apartment, just one couch that also functioned as a bed since we were 5 persons so no way to eat there beside the beds... Staff was friendly. Unfortunately the area where the hotel is located is pretty bad and loud. I wouldn't recommend it for families with young children or women that travel alone. Streets are dirty with drunk people all over the place. A lot of the arabian food places are open the whole night and there are brothels around the corner so the area is frequented by people that I would prefer not to meet alone..... It feels like visiting a very bad market somewhere in Egypt.

Good hotel. The opportunity to fight with local gangsters I think is a positive thing.

Big rooms, nice although interior could be a bit more live, no soap or so provided, it was a good stay.

We are a family of four and we stayed there from 21 to 25 March. The room was unacceptable. Mould in the bathtub, mattresses full of hair and stains, dirty towels and dust in every place out of direct sight. The reception and elevator were also dirty. Lots of noise from the street. Not recommended!

Very centrally located on a busy street of you like that. The rooms were nice and big. The staff was nice. There was an amazing bakery just down the street too.

Best budget place to stay near to city centre. Views from the room are mind blowing, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, many options for food, stores.

The host is really welcoming and available and the rooms really nice and clean! Strongly suggest 🙂

Just checked out of my 1 night stay and I wished I booked to stay longer!! We stayed in room 72 and we were so impressed with the size of the room. It was huge!! The room was clean and bed was comfy. The real showstopper was the view and their huge balcony! Honestly very impressed. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for your great hospitality

Lovely rooms throughout. Made me feel extremely safe when travelling alone.

I stayed in the Deluxe studio which was spacious. The room was clean and the receptionists were helpful. I visited during winter and didn't feel cold. It's not far from North Brussels Station and Flixbus Station if you wanted to travel. It's also a walking distance to some of the sights of Brussels. I'd definitely recommend it.

Not prime location, easy reach by tram, rooms clean and decent size

DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON. Corruptly run. Hidden fees and took payment from our credit card without permission (over 500euros) after we cancelled our stay on the basis of the hotel breaching contract. The hotel could not and would not supply services as per our contract (made through third party) and attempted to charge significantly more than our agreed upon amount (as per the contract). Charged the full amount to our credit card despite failing to provide the services that they were bound to in the contract. Head of desk repeatedly raised voice, talked/yelled over me and my elderly father, refused to provide us with a receipt of the charges he was illegally applying to our credit card, and switched between claiming that he could not meet the contract specifications because “he would get fired” and telling us that he was the son of the hotel owner. Reception was tidy though dingy. No idea what the rooms look like. Doesn’t matter. DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. Will be contacting the EU consumer affairs shortly after we have advised our bank of the illegal charge to our card.

Very clean accomodation and helpful staff. The area is a bit small but the room inside really impressed me. Need to put heater in bathroom.

Value for money apartments

I've got better than what I've expected in this hotel. I had a room upgrade, there was everything I needed, the personal was always kind. The place it's a little far from the center but, using the free transport with Brussels Card, I didn't notice the difference between this hotel and one better located. Maybe not the best neighborhood to have a night walk, but a great choice for a cheap trip without giving up quality.

For a quite moderate price you get a complete apartment (living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette with microwave oven, dishwasher) a bit away from the city centre. A tram station is just a few steps away, also the Gare du Nord is still in walking distance. The furniture in the apartment is already some years old, but everything is very clean. I would imagine in summer with windows open the tram noice could be disturbing, now in March it was not too bad. Breakfast choice is very limited, not so recommendable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!
