I rarely post negative reviews, but this recent encounter (14/03) didn't sit nice with me. The lady at the counter (I think she's the manager, anyways the oldest one) is so disrespectful and incompetent. It all started with me asking a simple question, which she responded with so much attitude and on a passive aggressive tone, I was a little taken aback. Furthermore, I was the only customer and it took her a good 10 minutes to make me an iced latte, while she was chatting with her other colleagues and then for her to realize that she had to make my drink. It was just such an unprofessional sight. And to say that the previous staff were so nice. Such a waste...

Great coffee.. not preferred for dates :)..not to sit outside as the place can get really noisy.. its at the entrance of one of the busiest railway station of Brussels.. but serves its purpose well for a quick bite and coffee for office goers..

I was never disapointed there , BARI and TARIK are having positive energy for everyone - that's why their names should be written with CAPITAL letter's, . Taste of great coffe and their way of changing people's mood for better makes all the difference. Enjoy your time there even if they are not around , it's really worth. I can feel the passion in the air !!!

Staff very rude I don’t speak french so I talked in English when I ordered she looked at me with an ugly stare and kept talking with me in french and after I gave her the money to pay she threw the money on the table and money fell down!

Lady at the counter is not listening, coffee isn't great, it's better to avoid this place.

Bartender absolutely made my day better!!

Paid 7€ for a coffee that was only half filled and not up to Starbucks standards at all. The person behind the bar touched the countertop and money with the same gloves she used for wiping down the lid of the milkpot. Hygienic is something else. Besides, the entire back if the kitchen was filled with dirty dishes that stood next to new drinks being made. First and last time at this Starbucks.

Worst hot chocolate I ever had , too much milk and was not hot at all, baristas doesn’t care at all and talk to each other while i’m waiting in front of them at the cashier. I never do reviews but this time I had to. Worst 5€50 spend in a starbucks

This location has also moved inside the North Station. Possibility to consume your coffee and food while seated outside of the store. It’s not really outdoors as you are still inside the gare. I’m not a fan of Starbucks. Their products are too sweet for my taste. And I do like sweet things, but I find their coffee and pastries too sugary. Felt like they poured a sack of sugar instead of a dollop. If I continue to patronize their offerings, I will get diabetes, I kid you not.

No wifi. No seats inside ( seats only in the station, not quiet). Not possible to work there on a laptop

They serve the best coffee. For this delicious cake. And for dessert, a smile and a good word. It is a place where I can feel a warm atmosphere and honesty. Thank you for these Coffee Angels. You can even get a coffee from the manager 😏 I recommend it, absolutely. Delicious ... Gabriela (Gabi😉)

One of Starbucks coffee shop as it’s nothing special but it’s always nice to grab some quick coffees or snacks since it’s at the station so you can directly get your train, bus or metro.

They have only one vegan thing to sell. I pointed it out really clearly, there is no risk for confusion because there is nothing else edible in the whole selection. Still after having run into the train in a paper bag I find a disgusting inedible thing with animal products in it. So disappointing.

Good meeting point with plenty of seating and multilingual barristas serving the standard Starbucks coffees, cakes and sandwiches. Always clean and spotless. Free WiFi but No toilets.

worst service ever literally how hard is it to serve a venti sized ICED americano without huffing & puffing like some sort of villain at the customers? getting my order wrong 3 times & having the audacity to glare at me 😹

Great place to have a coffee if you are waiting for your train. Just a good place to meet up at if people a coming by bus or train, as this is a busy station

There were 2 women working there: Lady and Valerie. Very nice people, spoke 3 languages (englisgh, dutch and french) ! Really quick service, always with a smile and had great recommendations for tourism in Bruxelles. Kept the store very clean.
