Table wasnt clean when we sat down. Won't give a glass of water with espresso. Ordered cappuccino, got black coffee. (Waiter too cool to listen to orders.) Breakfast arrived without cutlery. Waiters were playing their own music too loudly inside. 1 hour later: I have to add more negative comments because there was a hair in my coffee that is still stuck in my throat, and I ordered, paid for, but did not get one fresh juice. Service this bad is also down to poor management. Clearly no good training is given, the boss just employs cheap people who are not professional waiting staff and doesn't supervise them. But this place already has a terrible reputation among locals for exactly this. (I visited with someone who lives close by, and unfortunately didn't listen when she told me how bad the place is.)

I think their food is good, I always go for their raspberry cake, the cheesecake is also quite good not too sweet. I just wonder, is the staff stressed out and unhappy at their job? Because they give off a slightly unfriendly and closed up vibe. I’ve been there 3 times so far, and staff is always cold. I ll try one more time perhaps, and if it is the same feeling I’ll just forget they are in my neighbourhood. Which is sad because you always want to have that friendly good place where you feel welcome and can enjoy a good coffee and cake near you…

Coffee is not good - watery. Almond milk without a flavour? Impossible unless half of the glass is filled with water. The place is nice though.

The location is full of colors, smells, flavors. A breakfast that becomes magical. Indoor and outdoor room. Standing ovation! FOOD. Bakery products, freshly baked typical breakfast products, pastry desserts. Cappuccino, coffee, orange juice. Freshly baked pain au chocolats are delicious ! The ora te juice is fresh and perfect! PRICE. Excellent! Ps. Pet friendly!!! SERVICE. The staff makes you feel at home. A " delicate " welcome, calm, kind and courteous. PRICE. Super great!

I love this place with all my heart, your food, fresh baked goods, but I beg you to teach the new staff how to make coffee, 3 times already I have received burnt coffee, best wishes!

Some staff personal is rude and unfriendly, making strange jokes, slow in bringing orders, forgetting stuff. The cakes are sometimes not fresh, still half frozen inside - definitely not made in the morning. Croissants and pain au chocolates sometimes look and taste like they are from colruyt fridge. I’m surprised that the owner doesn’t care about the reputation of such a nice place with potential.

We come here for our bread weekly. It's slightly pricey but the products are of great quality.

I think everything is great, the prices, the service staff are very sweet and accomodating. The right kind of understated and suits the vibe in Schaerbeek.

As a german I might not know a lot about croissants but what I do know is that these were extraordinarily delicious!! Highly recommend to give it a try. People were friendly, too
