They had no ice and the coffee sucked and the girl working there acted like she was in a hostage situation.

The employees at this Target Starbucks location are always so rude for no reason. I think I’ve only ever had one nice interaction here and I’m pretty sure the woman that day was a manager because she appeared to be training someone. The regular employees glare at us for daring to walk up and place an order. Every time. The Starbucks across the parking lot is nice I would advise just going there. Definitely what we will be doing from now on because I’m tired of feeling guilty for ordering a coffee.

They were supposed to have made me strawberry cream frappe? They left something out? No favor? Cappuccino? No sugar? This site was drive up only? How do you complain when you would have to back get back in the drive thru with 6 cars waiting?

For some reason this starbucks cannot get it together. I went 2 times today to get the same drink and both times made it wrong. I order ice coffee with 2% milk........ how hard could that be? the first one was sweetened with some berry flavor and the next one wasn't sweetened at all. If you wake up in the morning and want to have a nice cup coffee to start your day DO NOT COME HERE. It will ruin your week driving back and fourth to buy over priced coffee and you dont get what you even paid for

Busy place all the time as it is in the Target complex. You’ll get all the standard Starbucks items here too.

Very rude white young lady took my order sat 7/31 at around 630 pm She was so unfriendly when my drink tasted off I didn’t even return to see if I could get it fixed. Don’t work a customer service job if you’re not a people person! I spent 6$ on a refresher that ended up in the garbage

They were basically out of everything I tried to order. It came down to me asking barista what they did have in stock. Terrible.

Emma at the drive thru is very clean, neat, and friendly. She is also very organized. She prepared a bunch of gift cards and envelopes for me, as well as took care of my drink order. She handled a long line of cars and smiled at everyone while helping them. Nice to see such professional care still remains at this location…thanks!

Love the Schaumburg Target Starbucks baristas. Always kind and friendly.
