    I do not even have words to write in words my experience with them. I was in the store for the first time and Ms.Maria was very sweet and did my piercing , after a whole night with extreme pain my husband had to take a look in detail why my ear was turning into red and even swollen, he noticed that one of the piercing was done so wrong totally into bone. He took out the piercing right then and there. We did visited them next morning and the cashier helped us gave us a receipt and told us she will write down in the system and i can come after 2 weeks to get it redone. We finally planned to get it done guess what Ms.Maria was there and she said we do not have that kind of policy and whoever the cashier was there she lied lol can you imagine they hire people who lie wooow. Instead of treating us with good customer service she argued with my husband and insisted my husband to get a pair of piercing and she will do it. Its not the matter of money honey its all about customer service. Thank god we stepped out of that filthy place where just for few dollars she and her boss refused to provide the services and kept blaming the cashier and said she is no more working with them.

    Strap in and get ready for a long and tiring ride I was given from this location. At March of this year. I bought a 40 dollar gift card here. The giftcard was a birthday gift to my sister. After trying to use it at the same location I was informed they told her the giftcard had no balance and sent her away. So naturally I called that same store to ask for help. This was only a week after I purchased the giftcard. Everyday that week the staff there told me they needed to get in contact with the manager for help and that they would call me back. Not once did I get a call back. So the next week I decided to call ALOT. To get some sort of answer. One of the cashiers then told me over the phone that they gave me the wrong giftcard and that they had the original giftcard with the 40 dollars on it at the front desk waiting for me. So I go back to get the original giftcard and then had to give that one to my sister. Again, she went to that same location and they told her their was no balance on that card and sent her home. Being irritated with the situation I tried to contact corporate. The number that is given on the card wouldn't connect but one of the numbers I found on the Lovisa website did work and after waiting for someone to answer they gave me an email to reach out to. They told me to send screenshots of the gift card ( front and back) and tell them what had happened to get a new gift card. My email was never responded to. So again I went back to calling the Woodfield location for answers. This time the cashier told me their card readers were down at the store and to try online. After trying the giftcard online it still did not work. Me and my sister are still currently trying to contact the store after months of trying so her 40 dollar birthday gift was not a big waste and we are still getting excuses for why they can't give us a new replacement card. The newest thing I was told from this location is that since this incident happened so long ago they need to get in contact with IT and then call me back. I didn't get a call back. Honestly, that one was my bad for falling for that again. Anyways sorry you had to read so much Marysia Wasiljew

    I spoke with Maria on the phone about what piercing were offered at this store. She mentions the names of the piercings. After she mentioned them I asked how much they were. There was a pause and she hung up. I spoke to her nicely even. This store has bad customer service. Not going to shop here.

    I need to speak to the supervisor. The lady I had encountered yesterday close the door 20 minutes before the closing time and I was begging to exchange the purchase I just made just 10 minutes prior to me talking to heR and slummed the door and threatened to call security. Can any manager pls call me on this matter and also the worker says she hates the ways it says clearance but they deceived the buyers just to get customers. She’s with the lady the banner on her head threatening to call security. Woodfield mall.

    This was a terrible experience. I was there with my niece yesterday ( 07/28/22) right before 3pm. The lady who works there was giving us attitude. My niece was taking her time to pick pieces that she liked but I didn't know that this lady was trying to close the store at 3pm. It stares on website that they are open till 8 pm. She didn't say thank you , good bye, nothing. She just slammed the crate right after us so mad. I will never go back there.

    The best thing I love about Lovisa is the customer service! The staff is so friendly and kind! I always see the same 2 girls working on Sunday’s and they always try their best to help me find what I need, and let’s not forget about the amazing deals they have! I got my ears pierced there and I haven’t had a problem with them! Also super clean and well managed! Would definitely recommend!

    BEWARE!!! NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS! They have refund policy printed on recepit but basucally it excludes everything they sell..SUPER OVEPRICED TOO!

    This place is a scam. No where in the store is it posted that earring sales are final, not even mentioned at the register. Due to covid?? Unbelievable. Take my money and reinvest it into better policies
