Strap
in
and
get
ready
for
a
long
and
tiring
ride
I
was
given
from
this
location.
At
March
of
this
year.
I
bought
a
40
dollar
gift
card
here.
The
giftcard
was
a
birthday
gift
to
my
sister.
After
trying
to
use
it
at
the
same
location
I
was
informed
they
told
her
the
giftcard
had
no
balance
and
sent
her
away.
So
naturally
I
called
that
same
store
to
ask
for
help.
This
was
only
a
week
after
I
purchased
the
giftcard.
Everyday
that
week
the
staff
there
told
me
they
needed
to
get
in
contact
with
the
manager
for
help
and
that
they
would
call
me
back.
Not
once
did
I
get
a
call
back.
So
the
next
week
I
decided
to
call
ALOT.
To
get
some
sort
of
answer.
One
of
the
cashiers
then
told
me
over
the
phone
that
they
gave
me
the
wrong
giftcard
and
that
they
had
the
original
giftcard
with
the
40
dollars
on
it
at
the
front
desk
waiting
for
me.
So
I
go
back
to
get
the
original
giftcard
and
then
had
to
give
that
one
to
my
sister.
Again,
she
went
to
that
same
location
and
they
told
her
their
was
no
balance
on
that
card
and
sent
her
home.
Being
irritated
with
the
situation
I
tried
to
contact
corporate.
The
number
that
is
given
on
the
card
wouldn't
connect
but
one
of
the
numbers
I
found
on
the
Lovisa
website
did
work
and
after
waiting
for
someone
to
answer
they
gave
me
an
email
to
reach
out
to.
They
told
me
to
send
screenshots
of
the
gift
card
(
front
and
back)
and
tell
them
what
had
happened
to
get
a
new
gift
card.
My
email
was
never
responded
to.
So
again
I
went
back
to
calling
the
Woodfield
location
for
answers.
This
time
the
cashier
told
me
their
card
readers
were
down
at
the
store
and
to
try
online.
After
trying
the
giftcard
online
it
still
did
not
work.
Me
and
my
sister
are
still
currently
trying
to
contact
the
store
after
months
of
trying
so
her
40
dollar
birthday
gift
was
not
a
big
waste
and
we
are
still
getting
excuses
for
why
they
can't
give
us
a
new
replacement
card.
The
newest
thing
I
was
told
from
this
location
is
that
since
this
incident
happened
so
long
ago
they
need
to
get
in
contact
with
IT
and
then
call
me
back.
I
didn't
get
a
call
back.
Honestly,
that
one
was
my
bad
for
falling
for
that
again.
