my best friend and i did a walk in a couple days ago. we were annoyed we couldnt sit by each other and sat across the salon which defeated the point of getting our nails done together. we didn’t catch the girl’s name but the nail tech who did my friend’s nail was absolutely awful. she filed into the cuticle and left sharp hang nails on the corners of MULTIPLE nails. when my friend told her it started to hurt she said “okay” and continued to file. some of her nails started bleeding afterwards and became slightly swollen. she has to soak them off now because she’s worried her actual nail is going to get infected from all the cuts. if someone tells you to stop filing or if something hurts - you stop. won’t be back and don’t recommend.

I’ve had dip done millions of times and never had it chip unless I’ve completely broken a nail. This manicure started chipping after 1 week! I save money by spacing out my nail appointments and tried to last 2 weeks but was worried about my nails being vulnerable and breaking. I will never go back because I’ve found places that have a great, thin dip manicure last up to a month and this thicker dip manicure barely lasted a few days without separating from the nail and chipping at the edges. Strongly recommend to look elsewhere for dip. Great customer service, bad results!

I had a great experience today with both Kathy and Lisa. Lisa did my pedicure. It was amazing, she paid great attention to detail every step of the pedicure. Kathy did my nails a beautiful ombre American manicure. So happy with today's service, the prices and what was most important was the safety practices during this horrible pandemic. I will most like start coming here regularly instead of Coco bar.

I have loved going to Kathy for years now, but after my past experience I do not think I can go back. My nails are horrifying and honestly disgusting. I got an acrylic set with no chip done yesterday and noticed today that my nails have weird circles and a brown-ish tint on them. My fingers are all cut up and look chunky. I have always been a loyal customer and have brought family to this salon, but now I will avoid Diva Nail spa.

This is a great friendly and clean nail salon. Savina did an amazing job with my ombre dipping in light blue /white color yesterday. Last time before my vacation she did my French, and it lasted me the whole 3 week vacation, and more. All the staff is really friendly and always trying to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Pedicure is great as well. I will keep coming back.

Kelly removed my old dip nails and then gave me a new set. Paid lots of attention to detail and did very well :) Love the color, shape and look. Only two small things were that 1) glue got stuck to a few of my finger tips and 2) she pressed down pretty hard between my nails and fingertip a few times so it stung when wiped with alcohol and some still feel tender. Still a recommended service as the nails themselves were done well and the whole process was pleasant :)

I was charged $40 for a polish change with no chip polish. Normally it is $25, he said he charged for a no chip manicure. 1. I did not ask for a manicure 2. I did NOT get a manicure. My cuticles were not cut, hands were not soaks, nothing. I just got them filed and painted. I tried telling them I did not get a manicure nor did I ask for one but I didn't want to keep arguing. What a rip off !!!!! Plau the man could not file my nails without leaving crooked edges and had to keep going back.

The owners really nice. We had an appointment at 5 and the workers kept taking people before my mom and I and i’m pretty sure they were walk ins. My mom got a pedicure and I got a acrylic refill. Overall they did a good job I just feel like my acrylic is really thick and I don’t like the paint job. My mom really liked the pedicure. Still a good experience but don’t know if I will come back.
