I
am
an
RN,
I
have
been
an
RN
for
35
years.
I
currently
work
at
St.
Peter’s
Hospital.
If
I
ever
gave
customer
service
like
I
JUST
received
from
PA
Melissa
on
the
phone,
I
probably
would
be
fired.
She
was
absolutely
horrible
and
rude,
probably
the
rudest
provider
I
have
ever
spoken
to
in
my
entire
career.
If
I
could
give
zero
stars
I
would.
I
called
the
Schenectady
office
just
now.
I
have
been
having
side
effects
from
a
Cortizone
shot
that
I
received
this
week
in
my
neck.
In
addition
to
the
headache
I
have
been
experiencing,
I
have
now
developed
nausea.
I
have
been
dealing
with
the
side
effects
on
my
own
because
I
tried
calling
the
office
during
the
week
and
it
just
rang
and
rang
with
no
answer.
When
on
call
PA
Melissa
called
me
back.
In
a
contemptuous
voice
she
asked
me
“I
just
wonder
why
you
haven’t
called
the
office
all
week
if
you’ve
been
experiencing
such
bad
side
effects?”She
also
said
“I
don’t
see
any
messages
from
you.”I
explained
to
her
that
I
had
called
the
office,
but
no
one
answered.I
asked
for
anti
nausea
medication.
It
was
obvious
at
this
point
she
could’ve
cared
less
about
my
problem.
At
this
point
I
said
thank
you
and
I
hung
up
on
her.
Was
she
taught
anything
in
PA
school
on
how
to
talk
to
a
patient??
Believe
me,
this
will
not
end
here.
I
will
not
stop
until
I
speak
with
Dr.
Jackson,
the
Office
Manager,
another
MD
from
this
practice
(there
has
to
be
a
medical
director)
and
anyone
else
until
I
get
an
apology
and
a
reason
WHY
I
WAS
TREATED
WITH
SUCH
DISRESPECT.
I
am
a
medical
professional
myself
and
I
would
NEVER
TALK
TO
A
PATIENT
LIKE
THAT
ESPECIALLY
ONE
WHO
IS
NOT
FEELING
WELL.
Not
only
that,
I
was
not
warned
of
any
severe
side
effects.
I
hope
and
pray
it
wasn’t
because
I’m
a
nurse.
I
have
never
gotten
a
cortisone
shot
in
my
neck
before.
I
am
furious
in
addition
to
not
feeling
well.
Thanks
so
much
Ortho
NY
for
hiring
such
an
unprofessional
PA
who
needs
some
training
in
how
to
talk
to
patients.
I
hope
she
learns.
