I recently had an emergency and needed to visit the urgent care clinic in Schererville, IN. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and efficient. They were able to help me quickly and didn't make me feel like I was taking up too much of their time. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, which gave me confidence in their commitment to providing quality care. The doctor was thorough in his examination and provided me with the necessary treatment. I was also pleased with the insurance process. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me navigate my coverage, making the entire experience stress-free. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at this urgent care clinic. It was a relief to know that I had access to emergency care without having to go to the hospital. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of timely and compassionate medical attention. Five stars all around!

Great service! We came to get checked for Covid. Received a rapid and a sent out confirmation test and a prescription for antibiotic. All together probably spent an hour there. Everyone was friendly, polite and professional. The facility was clean and well maintained.

They always provided my family great care and they very efficient with their time. People need to realize although they may have been there first, people triaged after them may be seen first if they are deemed more seriously ill. I would also prefer an ultrasound tech to send to me the hospital for something possibly urgent than to ignore what they see and risk great harm to me or my loved ones. They do great work here.

Was in waiting room for over two hours. Three people came in after me, but were taken back before I was called back. Did not wait to be called in! Wish I could give them NO stars!!!

The ultrasound technician was really terrible. Thought I had a ovarian torsion sent me to ER, for no blood flow seen. She was incorrect, causes me and my family a-lot headache and panic. I do not recommend going here for an ultrasound.

Worst Doctor I’ve ever had is here. She consistently misquotes me on mychart. Doesn’t listen to my problems.

The staff there is very caring and helpful. I've never had a long wait. Doctors are very knowledgeable and caring
