Delicious food. Wait service was pretty slow. Most importantly the food was very yummy and fresh. The stuffed mushrooms were yummy!!

Carrabbas never disappoints; consistent as always. Our food was hot and delicious. The restaurant was very organized and clean. Big shout out to our server “T” who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. She offered a lot of good suggestions and was super friendly and patient. Highly recommend; can’t wait to come back!

Friday, I dined in the bar area and the bartender, Christian, was the most rudest bartender I have ever encountered. I like the atmosphere here, so sat at the bar and had my appetizers w/a drink. Upon sitting, he muttered what I believe to be a hello, what can I get you. After the food/drink came, there was no checking to see how it was, no thanks for visiting us or have a good day. Nothing. The entire time he acted like he didn't want to be there, and had no problem talking to various servers. Not once did he ask how the food or drink was. I don't need to be bothered every second of my dining experience, but sitting there w/an empty drink while he chats w/other staff the entire time is not professional or acceptable. I see now how the various reviews here are Server dependent. We've been before w/great service, however Christian in no way shape or form delivered outstanding service or any service really other then physically getting what I ordered. Based upon this experience w/Christian, we will def. not be returning.

Had not been to a Carrabba’s restaurant in quite a while, my wife, new to this country, got her first exposure. The lobster ravioli sounded great and we both had the taste for lobster. Food was plentiful but taste of lobster was rare to nonexistent. We felt we paid for lobster but merely had pasta. Can not recommend this selection.

I would say it’s mediocre. The bread and oil were very good. Definitely a high quality olive oil. Entree’s were not bad. Portions were small and both of our orders came out Luke warm at best. Service was decent. I would say it’s not worth the money. If someone gave me a gift card I’d come again though.

I feel as though this place really wants to be a fine establishment, but it just does not make the cut. Don’t fulfill what they describe on there drinks. Don’t put in orders until we add to the order. Scallops were cold, spinach was great, soup was great. Took 15 minutes for waitress to take our money after receiving bill. If this was a small chain it wouldn’t make it very long IMO.

First time here and everything was great!! From the house salad that featured olives and banana peppers to the bread and pesto dip to the chicken marsala 😍 The place was clean and the decor was nice. The waitresses were pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Did I mention that everything was seasoned perfectly?! That is so rare.

The food and service was phenomenal. Our server Marlene was great and the manager Andrew stopped to check on to ensure we had a good experience. I highly recommend this location, my family and I will definitely be back.

Absolutely delicious! I enjoy Carrabba’s every time I go, and this visit was just as wonderful. I admire a place whose hospitality is consistent, and they never disappoint, Our waitress, Mariah, was wonderful, and on top of her game. It is a perfect place to go for a nice meal with great ambiance and pleasing noise level.

Iman was such an amazing server. She was so charming. Saw me running low on my drink and came to refill me before I even had to think of saying anything. We had the Classics appetizer which was fresh and amazing. I had the chicken Marsala which was just ok (sauce needs some help) and the appetizer salad was kind of small. I also love the diversity in this place.

Good Drinks, Tasty Food and Great Service. A bit on the pricey side if your looking for cheap eats but other than that, it's a pretty good Italian restaurant to dine out at. They also have car-side carry out. I gave 4 stars for the food because I'm vegan and their aren't many options for us here but the salad and grilled asparagus I had was delicious. I gave 4 stars for service because the staff is always nice and makes sure you enjoy your visit. As for the atmosphere, I gave 3 stars because it's always cold when I dine in, you would think with freezing temperatures outside it would be a bit more comfortable inside, but I realized when I'm going to visit I'll have to wear a thick sweater or small jacket which sucks while your eating. But for the people that enjoy more chilled temps indoors, this will be perfect for you.

If you are interested in their Eggplant Parmesan main course, for $18: double check before ordering, on whether they have learned to cook it (by breading slices of an actual eggplant, apparently!). I am not sure how could that even ever happen, but the dish I was served had no any visible eggplant inside and consisted entirely of some kind of an encrusted patties of some dough. The dough tasted like nothing. At a closer examination the dough looked having some black spots, as if there could have been some eggplant mixed in, but it tasted just like fried dough patties. I actually like eggplant parmesan a lot and cook it all the time... That was a hard kick to get it that way. There were quite few of those patties in the plate, with a side of some boiled broccoli.. I made a mistake of eating one pattie, due to not paying attention and another half, while trying to understand what happened and still hoping to maybe find an actual eggplant slice inside... was really sorry for consuming that stuff... got an $18 refund, thu. Service was great, food was OK, apparently with the exclusion of the eggplant parmesan... Portions on a smaller side. Starter bread and olive oil were great.

This review is based off of Johnathan B’s service and his service only. Johnathan is the BEST server I have ever had. He is very attentive and has always been so kind and helpful. My family and I get so excited when he is our waiter. 10/10 man. Need more Johnathan’s!! (Also the platinum blonde young man is also so kind and we liked him too!)

Food always excellent. Just didn't like the calamari a tad overcooked. The wait staff was inventive. The furniture a little old wobbly table. The physical part of the restaurant layout very nice. Our party of six was very happy with the experience.

Held a small birthday celebration/get together last minute with some family members (9 or so of us) and staff was so accommodating for our larger-last minute party. Our service the entire time was stellar. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing. I‘ve always had such great service here before for various lunches and dinners over the last year or so. I was hoping things would go well and everything went better than expected. Thank you Carrabba’s and staff!

Was seated at a dirty booth with cheese and food all over the place as well as the floor. We ordered salad, and as I was finishing mine, I found this dead bug. I was disgusted and we alerted our waitress who told the manager. While our waitress was kind and apologetic, the manager halfheartedly apologized and stated she’d make adjustments to our bill. She only comped the salads, a total of $5.99. I did not enjoy the rest of the meal and felt awful and sick to my stomach during my entree and after leaving. The bill was $52 after the adjustment and I believe it wasn’t even worth half of that. I did not enjoy my experience at all and will never be returning to any Carrabba’s in the future.

Lasagne was very tasty and delicious so was the calamari, it was very crunchy and soft. The service is decent the waiters are kind and the atmosphere is nice.

Had Tuscan pork chops and fettuccine Alfredo and it was the best Alfredo I have had in a long time. My server sue was awesome as well

Food was good but portions were bit small. I ordered the chicken trio with fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken portions were small, the fettuccine was a bit bland. My husband ordered the lasagna which was a bit bland as well. I did enjoy drink special the Merry berry martini. We will return but will try something different.

I went with some friends from church and had a very good meal. I asked if I could substitute scallops for the shrimp in the Alfredo and got what I asked for. I had to bring a lot home because the portion was so large, that's a good thing. our waiter was good and the food was great.

I love Carabba’s. The service varies by wait staff and whether I dine alone or with a group, but I always enjoy the food. The food quality has remained consistently high over the years. Last weekend, I enjoyed a meal on the patio for the first time. Very enjoyable. The young lady didn’t offer fresh cheese & I had to ask for olive oil to accompany the seasonings on the plate. LOL. I was dining alone. Little things like that should be improved and standard, whether they’re expecting a hefty tip or not (obviously).

I ordered Doordash/Takeout - so my review may be specific to delivery and not dine-in... I ordered the Calamari, Fettuccine Carrabba and the Bread and Dipping Sauce Trio. Calamari: This was actually my favorite part of the meal. It was lightly breaded and fried, lemon slices, two sauces. Very tasty. Some of the calamari was a bit tougher than others though. 9/10 Fettuccine Carrabba: I wanted to like this the most, but it was dry, the chicken was in larger than normal chunks and it should have been more strips, but the chicken didn't have much of a taste to it either. The peas were there, but you couldn't really taste them either. This dish was bland and dry. 4/10 Bread and Dipping Trio: the bread wasn't as fresh as it should have been. It was wrapped in foil and you received about 7 slices. There were also 3 dips: alfredo sauce, marinara sauce, and tomato cream. Garlic bread would have been a better appetizer for this dinner. The alfredo sauce was watery and not thick enough. The marinara sauce was chunky and not a good "dip." The tomato cream was sweet and my least favorite. 2/10 I would entertain dining inside the restaurant to determine if the food quality is better dining in instead of delivery.
