What can I say? No negative issue with Taco Palenque. Order taker promptly took our order and gave suggestions when I asked. Was first time here as wife was hungry and was a spontaneous decision. The salsa was good and spicy, tortillas were cooked well, steak and cheese quesidilla was delicious!! Fajita meet was well seasoned. I can't remember the name, but looked like steak nachos were amazing!! We will definitely be visiting this wonderful restaurant in the future.

This was our first experience with Taco Palenque and the whole family really enjoyed it. We got steak fajitas and quesadillas. The packaging was very secure and the food came out in less than 5 minutes. It was $15 but it made three very solid and tasty fajita tacos. The tortillas were perfectly cooked and so is the steak. Very juicy and perfectly tender not chewy at all. The quesadillas were also premium and what you're typically going to get from a bar or restaurant. The whole family was really pleased and we will definitely be back!

As a Mexican, the food from Taco Palenque it’s almost as close as Mexican food. The only downside is the high prices (around $5 for one taco). As a plus, I like the imported drinks from Mexico, keeps the options open if you’re craving one of these drinks.

We love Taco P. Have been here twice, and this particular spot is inconsistent in food quality both visits. 1st time everything was great. This visit it was like they were giving half portions of meat and cheese, and we had to ask for the sides for the super quesadilla which had half as much cheese as we have had at all other stores

Was visiting family in town and they wanted to take me here since I’d asked for Mexican food. Upon walking in I notice the location is clean and have a little bar in the middle where you can pick your chips, salsa, and toppings for your meal. I had Taco Sirloin and it was good the meat was cooked perfectly…I added guac on the side and that made it taste better! My daughter went with the Panchos w fajita meat. In my opinion she ruined the meal as she edited to her liking, however, she was happy with her choice. She really enjoyed it and that is was matters. The customer service is great which is a plus in my opinion! So if you’re thinking about trying them, go on and give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

I love this place! The flautas are the best in town. My husband always gets the street tacos. This time, we got an extra entree to enjoy later. The burrito was delicious even the next day! 😋 The food is so good, the staff is friendly, and the place is incredibly clean.

We placed our order but the cashier and server could barely speak English. We ordered our food 4 sirloin street tacos and a regular side of rice x2. I had to find someone who spoke English to be able to get my sides of rice which were never put on our order. The flavor of the food really varies by restaurant. I find the best food and best service is The Medical center location.

Staff are very kind. Someone in my group can't have pork products due to Lyme Disease from a tick bite. They informed us the charro beans have bacon bits, and the refried pinto beans use pork lard. They made a mash of the black beans (vegans) for us. The inside is really clean and feels upscale, yet retains it authenticity.

I ABSOLUTELY love Taco Palenque! If you haven't tried it and are reading this review, please go try it! You won't regret it. I eat Taco Palenque at least once or twice a week. They have the best Fajitas and beans in all of San Antonio. I've read some people saying the prices are high but they really aren't. They stuff their tacos and to be honest, the price of eating out is basically the same everywhere.

Have to give 1 star because my food was not in the bag when I arrived home. 0 customer service when I called to enquirer about it. If you’re dining in it may be different but the take out was awful.

The food was delicious and served quickly! The staff was very friendly and so helpful! They went above and beyond to take care of our group. They sang Happy Birthday to my Mother in Law and made sure we had everything we needed!

Went today for the first time for dinner just for me, ordered the matamoros meal with fideo. Was a little sticker shocked at the price but upon eating definitely impressed with how stuffed the tacos were, and they weren’t shy of giving salsa either! Major plus in comparison to other places. Didn’t care too much for the fideo but was impressed overall by the quality and flavor of the food! If you’re trying to be budget friendly I would review menu before you go. Definitely will be back again!
