Pin setters knocked over our pins after almost every frame. We told the guy working there and he fixed it for us several times but the computer kept counting the wrong score. We gave up about 6 frames in and politely asked for a refund. The employee was very rude and implied we just wanted to get free games despite our lane being basically unplayable. Beware there are no refunds.

Awful. Would give them zero stars if it was an option. Poor customer service. Slow food service. Understaffed. They don't care if people come back, so they don't care how they treat their customers. They need new management. Unfriendly food service personnel. Very unhappy with this organization. USAG Baumholder should do a better job than this. Very disappointed.

Super nice to have a bowling center on post, however... the staff that works there is awful. The wing and food workers are great and nice, but the old couple working there always give attitude like you’re an inconvenience to them for coming in to bowl. They talk back to you like you’re an idiot for asking questions and have nothing but disrespect from them. The new system for bowling is nice and there were no technical issues, easy to get a lane and not very crowded.

Saturday 6-10 glow bowl😊

We had a great time entertaining 4 little men with Glow Bowling, pizza and wings! The staff is especially kind! They brought us "Crazy Bowling" options, which all the kids loved playing for their second game.

This would have five stars if the pin-setters did not drop the pins every other frame. The staff, especially Courtney, were very friendly, helpful, courteous, and good with kids. We will definitely be visiting again.

We always have fun here (only our second time coming) but tonight I wanted to write a little comment about our experience it was me my husband and almost 1 year old son our lane kept messing up which is no ones fault we know stuff happens but the guy who was working was so nice and kept fixing it with a smile on his face we joked about how it was breaking cause I was the lewis winner and husband was the lewis loser (he's normally the winner 😂) and also the guy took the time to explain to us how buying games worked which was really nice of him! . pizza was good place was clean family friendly and fairly cheep for almost 3 hours of fun

It wasn't really that good of a food and they didn't have the right Boeing size and the right finger holes for me and the food sometime wasn't even open so it just didn't make sense to go there I would rather go to Ramstein
