Prices
are
reasonable,
but
plan
to
spend
half
your
day
to
place
or
pick
up
an
order,
if
you're
American.
I
ordered
a
new
model
rifle,
but
informed
the
following
day,
the
rifle
desired
was
unavailable.
After
being
offered
the
same
model
rifle
in
a
different
length
and
caliber
I
decided
to
order
the
same
rifle
in
a
different
caliber.
After
receiving
an
email
stating
my
rifle
was
in
stock,
I
drove
to
the
store
to
pick
it
up.
The
staff
would
not
allow
me
to
pick
up
the
rifle
without
the
WBK.
I
tried
to
explain
this
was
my
first
weapon,
so
I
did
not
have
my
WBK
until
the
first
weapon
was
registered
through
the
BVA.
After
I
suggested
the
staff
call
Frankonia
to
help
understand
the
process,
the
staff
finally
agreed
and
transferred
the
rifle
after
1.5
hours.
In
order
to
abide
by
German
weapons
law,
I
ordered
a
lockable
rifle
case
from
the
Living
Active
website
and
picked
it
up
while
there.
Payment
for
the
case
was
due
upon
collection,
but
the
staff
refused
to
accept
a
VAT
form
for
items
less
than
€150;
the
rifle
case
was
€77.
I
accepted
the
tax
just
so
I
could
leave
the
store
after
2
hours.
While
prices
might
slightly
be
better,
purchasing
anything
from
this
store
was
painful
and
I
refuse
to
shop
here
again.
I
would
recommend
any
Americans
shop
elsewhere,
like
Frankonia...
