They are very friendly and this place is really clean. The bathrooms are clean. Definitely going to be my new location to come too from now on I love the fact that if they get your order wrong they'll take care of it again. Even subway next door is clean and good service and food. Try yourself don't let me ruin your experience definitely had a good first impression.

Do NOT use drive through. It is very easy to scratch your car at each of two turns in the drive through. And then after you get your food you drive past several very dirty dumpsters so you lose your appetite. Revolting. There really is not appropriate space for a drive through and the dumpsters should be cleaned up. Interior clean enough.

No drive thru which is fine, they took care of me quickly. I have a friend with a severe gluten allergy and asked if they had GF option and the cashier looked so confused. Had a hard time understanding a few questions I had as I was ordering for 9 people. Otherwise they did a great job

Got a L mocha no ice n they gave me this almost at the halfway point lol and this is the first place I've heard of charging more to split the bill them just to have it on one card , they also added extra stuff like munchkins to the order which we never asked for or got so it would cost more , other than that the donuts are fine

I ordered a large pumpkin spice with cream and sugar today. Since it was in the low 40's I didn't think that I needed to specify that I wanted it hot. They gave me a giant cup half filled with ice. Who would want an iced coffee when it is this cold? I'm never going to this location again.

Their coffee is interestingly always fresh and taste good, also workers are friendly !

I will stop coming 😤 to this location I will grader go to RiverGrove and grand avenue they are fast and very friendly

I've tried to be reasonable, but every time it's like a personal favor just to use the restroom, and not enough people to serve the clients. Improve customer service, please.

mananger named "Ashu" refused this coupon and claimed because it said Mokena on the back of coupon that it was for only the "Mokena location".... BUT that address is a distribution center.... where they are suppose to send the coupon to get reimbursed. They should know this because it's the DCP center where Dunkin orders supplies and it's not a store. We said alright we'll pay... only to get coffee that tasted way too sweet.
