I felt in good hands and competently informed in the sleep laboratory. Emil Streiz and his colleague took a lot of time to explain in detail while the sensors were being wired. The night was unusual with all the sensors, but that's part of it and I was aware of it in advance. The room and the premises are very nice and leave space for well-being in this very unusual situation.

I do not have idea why the experience of other users are so positive, for me all the experience was really bad. First, they changed my appointment twice. After they affirmed many times that the first meeting in the clinic has no cost. When I was there, I had to wait more than 1 hour to be attended, and finally there the doctor comes with something about my jaw and that was it. Ahhhh I almost forgot ....one bill for almost CHF 300!!!! A real garbage!

I was welcomed to this place by Emil, he did a great job explaining everything and setting up all the cables and devices. Even with all these cables I could sleep - also was able to sleep on the side, not just on the back. Great service and staff.

I absolutely cannot recommend it. Emails are generally not answered, appointments were canceled at short notice (less than 24 hours) by the practice, I had to wait more than 4 weeks for the sleep laboratory report with a subsequent 5-minute evaluation meeting that didn't help me at all. Expertise and professionalism are seriously missed.

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and profesional.

They were very nice with me, Gabriela Eberle, both of the assisters treat me with all respect, careful, and very net.
