The best place to have a cake bite. Average price of a cake piece is 3.99 EUR. But, the cake slice is very big for that price and very very tasty. A must try restaurant. Staff are really good.. they speak english too. The drive from highway to this place is via ghats.. so you will have a amazing scenery on the way.

Loved it! Beautiful Cafe with wonderful cakes. My first visit and apparently normally busy busy, so best to book. I'm not a big cake person but I did enjoy the large slice of black forest gateux.

Very highly recommended for all cake and pastry lovers. It is a paradise of cake. They have so so many varieties, that I was comply amazed and confused for some time; that which cake shall I try. We did try different variations and all of them were absolutely amazing. In my opinion, whatever you choose from the bakery, it will leave you wanting more. 
They do have a restaurant with a beautiful outside seating with German Alps in the background. The food does taste good and the service is also very good. They are nice and friendly people at work. The waiting time is not so much. There is always a place to park here.

If you are in the area you need to visit this place. Very good and generous cakes with a nice view to the mountains. Make sure to reserve a table since is very popular. All the cakes are made with local products.

These are the best views in Fischbachau 😅🥰. My favorite is Bayerische Vanille Creme. The walls are adorned by coffee grinders from different sizes and styles and era. Service is excellent even when you come on their busiest days. Warning! they are open every day 😂😂😂

It's a great place to visit with you family and friends. A really nice cafe with an old Bavaria charme and a huge collection of coffee grinders. The cakes and sweets here are undescribable good and huge for a really good price. You should definitely swing by if you're in the region.

You can only pay cash and they don’t have a cash register. No receipt, just a drawer (if anyone from the tax authorities reads this, you might want to have a closer look). „Fortunately“ they have their own ATM just in front (the only one within miles) but that charges 3.75 EUR for a cash withdrawal. Nice cake but no thanks.

Space is limited, thus pre-ordering is highly suggested. Food is predominantly Bavarian cuisine, quantities are large, and service is kind and welcoming. Definitely worth checking out, as the wide variety of cakes and tarts offered at reasonable pricing is both visually appealing and delicious. You can choose from an incredible variety of cakes, and each serving will be larger than your average meal.

The ambiance is unbeatable! Sit outside! The food is delicious. They're really busy so the service was okay. The ladies at the bakery area are super impatient so be ready to order when you get there. They don't like to explain any of their pastries, they just want to pack your order and move you along. The strawberry cake is amazing!

Very nice place in the beautiful area of Bavaria. I had an apple pie which was quite big and very tasty. I also ordered one cup of espresso but the quality of the coffee was like from a bad wending machine. As a coffee lover it wasn't the best choice but the cake was worthy to try again. Thank you ☀️🌴

I don't think this place needs my review. Look at the 6K!! We tried 5 types of cake and also had the lunch ( cakes for "mitnehmen" ;) ). I tried there Fischpfanne and it was okay. We also tried the half grilled Duck which was also ok. I am giving 5 star for the rustic ambience and the service. And also, ofcourse the cakes. They are huge and super tasty. Note: there is enough parking in front of the Cafe and is almost full. But people come and go so frequent and I think you will get a parking space.

The atmosphere was wonderful and they had a very impressive cake selection. Unfortunately, there was only one vegan dessert option (a pastry) and no vegan cakes. There are many vegan cake options nowadays and I'm sure they could make a fantastic one!

One of the best cafes we’ve been to while on our way to Munich! The service was friendly and fast, cakes were incredibly fresh and delicious and coffee was on point 👍🏼. We had to even take way an extra slice of cake! If you’re in the area, this place is worth a visit.

Fantastic! The one way system in the cafe has allowed them to convert to a take away only business. I felt completely safe and never too close to other customers. Lots of hand sanitizer! The cake is as good as ever, the coffee maybe better out of a disposable cup. On a sunny weekday afternoon I only had a few minutes wait.

I was there during the summer holidays. We had Kaiserschmarrn. It was not bad but not great either. The service was quite slow but maybe because they were short of staff. Eitherway, the place was a bit too crowded and the staff on duty at that time were not very responsive.

This place is great. There is outside seating for those who enjoy the sun and inside looks like a hunter's lodge. The best of course are the cakes. They are big, moist, light, and delicious. It is an experience to eat there.

Cakes are amazing and for a very good price: 3-3.50€ a piece. They have so many types. Its very dificult to choose.All of them seem delicious. I ate the nut cream and was super tasty. The service was not the dame. However the cakes are worth it!

If gigantic slices of cake are your thing, this is the place to come. And it's a nice place in a great setting with friendly people. And there is a lot of other stuff on the menu if you aren't on the hunt for cake

Delicious cakes and food amidst beautiful mountains. Perfect combination for a lazy Sunday afternoon. Staff and service is appreciable. Would definitely recommend.
