We did not even wait to eat the food! We went to this restaurant and waited for 10 minutes. No one came to us with a menu card. We took a menu card from the neighbouring table and were ready to order the food. After some time, we asked the waiter if she would take our order. She said - "I have to attend another table and I will come to your table after the other table has ordered their food. But I have to tell you our rule. You cannot share food in this restaurant. Each person has to order one main course." I do not know how she made this assumption but anyway. The way she said this was also disrespectful. We waited for 5-10 more minutes and no one cared about our presence so we finally left.

Good food and very friendly staff. Very close to the lake with reasonable prices.

Great authentic Italian dishes. Best Italian food I've had in Germany reminded me of my time living in Naples. If you can get a table highly recommend them

The gnocchi was terrible. The sauce seemed to just be tinned tomatoes and the gnocchi itself was bland, gloopy and possibly out of a packet. The music playing was trashy pop made worse by being able to hear the kitchen radio at the same time. The end result was just a clash of trashy pop songs. Not the best atmosphere. The tables have a plastic sheet over them that looks tacky and makes no sense. The general look of the place is out dated and a bit rough. Like a road side cafe. I do not reccomend this place.

Our experience at the Mona Lisa was brightened by Alex at the front of house being so accommodating. Bravo Alex, you are what the customer service experience should be like every time. Cheers, your British brother Roger 👍

I don't like to make negative comments, but this place is a regret, the salads are rotten, the pizza has no dough or sauce, the lasagna has zero flavor and the pasta sauce is worse than the ready-made sauce, the service is very bad, even 1 star is too much... Maybe these negativities I mentioned happened to us...

Service was good and friendly and the staff nice. The pizzas were better than the other foods. Salad was so good as we were craving for it. A nice experience far from the touristic traps.

As we entered the lady told us in grumpy voice there is no seats outside, we told her it was fine and we don’t mind to sit inside. She told us to go to the table, and we sat there for 15 minutes and no one brought us any menus. We asked the guy and he apologized and told us that he thought we ordered and were waiting for our food since our waitress was serving people who came after us! After we got the menus from the guy, we told our waitress we are ready she looked at me angrily like i said something offending to her, and told me to wait for minute and she will be back. She literally went back to serving other people and welcoming new customers, so we left. Worst experience ever and we wasted 45 minutes of our time here and all the other restaurants closed.

It is a nice Italian restaurant, and the food isn't bad but it also isn't super.

The food was very very bad, over cooked and under seasoned. Not worth the money at all. Never had a pizza so bad in my entire life.

Not sure how the food was because after we were seated.. and tried to order ( one pizza for 2 adults and 2 kids) we were asked to clear the table and go(!!!).. as it seems.. it didn't fit the minimal order, which we should have guessed for some reason, since it IS NOT mentioned anywhere! I never came across such a rude service experience!!

Pizza was very good. The female waiter was kinda grumpy, also embarrassing how potential customers were treated when they decided not to eat inside, because outside was full. The male waiter on the other hand was very nice and friendly. Despite the good food I won't be eating here again.

Everyone was friendly, the pizza was great and was made quickly for take away (about 10 - 15 minutes).

perfect italian ! the greek owner is very welcoming and nice, when you take the order give them the numbers of the dish and not the name haha

Great option. So good we were there 3 times in a week. It is hidden away and we are so glad that it was recomended to us otherwise we would not have found it. Well worth a visit.

We dined here twice during our stay in Titisee. The first night was fine with good service and food. However the second night was a disaster. We booked a table for 18.30hrs. We We shown to our table and waited 10 minutes before having get up to get the menu ourselves. Having ordered We waited 30 minutes for drinks and another 35 minutes for our food. The food was excellent but our enjoyment was already spoiled be the long waiting time. It appeared that the server had forgotten to put our order in. It was only when we asked that he realised his mistake. We were offered no explanation or apology. Our view of Mona Lisa was ruined by this.

Service Top. Pizza buona. Open until Late.... Go When you are Hungry, they will serve you. Italian Style. Thanks for the Nice evening!!

Fine italian food. Lots of kinds of pizza. The waiter was very nice and efficient

We had a very good meal and enjoyed the well come of the head waiter.

Arrogant on reserving our table. When we went back the next night for our reserved table he had written our reservation in for the wrong day and was once again arrogant and unapologetic. I am being amazed this holiday at how so many people should not have jobs in the public eye. My husband and I both work in tourism in Benidorm and are shocked by the tourist service in general in Titisee and the waiter in Mona Lisa is just one more on the list. They also will not take credit cards which does not give us confidence since there is obviously black money going along with the arrogant service.

Definitely worth it. Back here for the third time during our one week vacation. We tried several of the other restaurants, but this is the best in Titisee. They serve really good Italian food, which is no surprise: the whole staff speaks Italian. Make sure to get there just before 19:00/7pm, because on busy days you would be lucky to get a table at 19:30.

The waiter was really friendly. The Italian dishes were authentic and it pleased us too.
