My first interaction over phone call was disappointing as the staff (Emmanuel) was rude and unable to give clarity about your services. Needless, i decided to pay a visit and I felt disappointed for the second time because of the way the manager interacted. Not sure if he was having a bad day but he seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. I didn’t feel comfortable or welcome neither did they think it necessary to apologize so I left. I really wanted to try your services because of the reviews I saw however, I do hope that customer service can be improved. Thank you.
