Worst experience ever , getting in the manager Hicham was running as they were not ready , I booked a 90 mn massage for 99 euro no towel given when entering the room , when inside the room (which looked like a locker) located in the entrance of the hall of the spa , close to the door that you can hear banging all the time, air conditioning was blowing on my neck , boiler under the sink was making a lot of noise , people chatting in front of the door , the masseuse had to go out to tell them to stop ... then I asked to shorten my massage to 1 hour as it was not possible to relax . When I finally gave the feedback to the manager Hicham , he was arguing with me saying that it is normal than people talk in the corridor , and that noise can happen , I told him that i was having massages 3 times a week I gave him all details of my experience then he got very annoyed, he asked me where I was from , my nationality seemed to be another issue as he started to be very rude.. definetly not a place that I would recommend and the manager should change his job if he can t take feedback constructively feedback despite his lack of professionalism and manners. Not a good addition to the crowne plaza hotel .

Everybody was nice, so I am really sorry about this, but the massages were terrible. It seemed completely unprofessional and not relaxing at all (and I've had a lot of thai massages before ). Also, because of a misunderstanding, they ended up massaging us double the time we had booked and we had to pay twice the price... weird.
