I've been trying to make an appointment by phone for 1.5 weeks. Nobody ever picks up. Nothing happens except the automatic announcement. You are asked to stay on the line, but the line is switched off after a very short time. I need an appointment for a mammogram, the referral is about to expire. Do I really have to go there just to make an appointment?

Called there today for an MRI appointment, the lady at reception should either be transferred or attend training in dealing with patients! Patty questions and answers and in the end just hung up. We don't need people like that who are in a bad mood and full of frustration. Then a more patient-oriented practice is sought and found.

Absolutely top: Went there, handed in the transfer slip and off we went. Less than 20 minutes later I had the CD in my hand. Certain x-rays are taken immediately without an appointment. And then top-notch reception assistance! So nice, so friendly and accommodating: it's really a rarity! Thanks!

There was a queue when registering, but everything quickly cleared up (just picking up receipts, making an appointment, etc.). I arrived on time for the appointment that had been arranged at short notice and was examined and explained in a very friendly manner by Dr. Müller. This practice seems to be very well organized. A relaxed parking situation for drivers.

I thought since I need an MRI and the practice is around the corner, I'll try to get an appointment here. Unfortunately I've been trying to get someone on the phone for 2 weeks without success. Everything was unsuccessful, only the answering machine answered and after 1 minute of waiting music the phone hung up. Go to Potsdam for an MRI now! You can hardly get appointments with specialists, but others at least answer the phone.

During the first two calls regarding an MRI appointment, the phone was immediately hung up. On the next two calls there was a general information announcement (approx. 1-2 minutes) with a request to stay on the phone during opening hours after the announcement. Shortly after the announcement ended, the call was ended: “Please call again”.

So unfriendly and unprofessional. I'm appalled that people can be so unfriendly to their patients. I've been trying to call several times a day for the past few days. And if you do get through it and then ask why it's only six months away, you'll be told we're overloaded. If it takes too long, you'll have to try somewhere else.

Had an appointment for March 15th. Arranged by telephone at the beginning of February. At what time? Can't you say yet, they'll get in touch then... So, I called 2 days in advance because no one has answered yet... No, there's no appointment for me, I'm not in the system. I should call again in May, then MAYBE I can get an appointment!? Catastrophic, how can something like that go down!? I would prefer to give 0 stars! So only make appointments after you have received your name and employee number from the person on the phone.
