A very very good banh mi place. One of these places you discover by chance and keep coming back. The choices are limited but superb. Soft drinks only .

Looks can be very deceiving, as this place doesn’t look much from the outside. Inside the design is very traditional. The food menu is very simple with just chicken, pork and tofu in a warm tasty baguette on offer. However, the baguettes are perfectly crafted with pickled veg and delicious meat fillings along with a sriracha mayo. I had the pork baguette and the meat was tasty with bits of crackling inside of it. I’ve never had this kind of food before, but it will be an experience I’ll never forget

Delicious Bahn Mi! Really nice taste, great portion. A very good choice. I had the vegetarian option with tofu, and it was delicious 🤤 They only have three option which honestly makes it even easier and better to order. I haven't tried the other ones but I believe each and every one is excellent. Inside it's decorated nicely, with chill vibes. Not many seating options though, so I can see how it might get crowdy and full quickly. Service and attention wasn't smiley and shiny but polite :) Definitely recommend!

FOOD & DRINKS Banh Mi, the Vietnamese sandwich, is a snack I absolutely love and can eat every day when done right. At Banh Mi Stable they don’t offer a lot of variations. I ordered the Banh Mi Heo Quay which is a Vietnamese roasted pork sandwich. The meat was good and the crust still had some crunch to it. Unfortunately there was no pate or I couldn’t taste it. The pate to me is an essential ingredient and should almost always be included with some exceptions of course. On a baguette with roasted pork some yummy pate would be amazing. I also missed some fresh chilis. Instead they put in some Sriracha when I asked them to make it spicy. Furthermore I had a lot of pickled veggies that were cut pretty large. Pickled carrots and daikon are a must but if you add too much or slice them too big they become overwhelming and the balance is off. There is one issue that to me is absolutely critical though. The bread. I simply didn’t like it here. It was a typical baguette you can find in Germany. A good banh mi has a Vietnamese french baguette. You will know the difference when you have tasted the real deal. SERVICE I was only able to order at the counter. The sandwich was ready to pick up pretty fast. ATMOSPHERE Unfortunately only for takeaway. The restaurant looks very nice and chill though. Would have loved to eat there and I think the rating would have benefited from it. This time though I won’t consider this in my final rating. RATING I think they offer good value for a mostly authentic taste of a Vietnamese baguette but for a banh mi sucker like me, I continue my search for a banh mi that truly reminds me of Vietnam and doesn’t make compromises.

Tasty but not really 5 stars. I had better baguette elsewhere. This place is quite cold so customers should spend as less time as possible inside I guess?

The meat is fantastic! The bun is crunchy which I also like, but I really miss the classic and traditional Vietnamese subs with processed meats, and pâté. I'll still go here though because the meat they cook is really well done!

Delicious and affordable Bahn mi sandwich. Great economical spot for a quick lunch or hang snack with friends. Seems to be family owned, but cannot confirm. Cash only! Recommended

Gegrillte Schweinebrötchen und Hähnchenbrötchen. Knuspriges Brot mit Sauerkraut ist köstlich. Knuspriges Schweinefleisch, aber leicht salzig. Still der Geschäft ist etwas dunkel und altmodisch. Freundliche Bedienung, ich werde wahrscheinlich wiederkommen

Good rolls but team come on, this whole we don't take card payment is a bit ancient history. Please get a card reader, we all pay tax, so why shouldn't successful businesses like this also pay...

Came here twice during my stay and tried both the chicken and tofu banh mi. Both excellent and definitely coming back here again! The ingredients and bread are so fresh and tasty

I come to this place atleast 4 times a week. It is not only the best Banh Mi in the city, but also the best sandwich you can find anywhere. All the 3 things on the menu are absolutely mouth watering. The bread is always warm and the meat is always fresh and tender. Absolutely delicious. If you’re coming to Berlin for a visit or just live here even, you should definitely give this place a visit.

This sandwich changed my day! The first bite (I got the pork), I audibly gasped... It was so amazingly delicious that I talked about the sandwich the rest of the day. Luckily it's within walking distance to my office which means I look forward to go there many, many more times in the near future. Excellent price/value ratio and honestly one of the best bahn mi's I've had in my life.

I enjoyed this Banh Mi. The roast pork filling was great. My only complaint would be that the bread is more of a french-style baguette and hence a lot crustier than a "normal" Vietnamese -style Banhi Mi roll. I'd eat here again for sure.

Das banh mi mit Schweinebauch war super lecker. Das Fleisch war gut gewürzt und knusprig. Der Laden war sehr gut besucht.

My tofu banh mi tasted great, it was prepared fast (after 7 p.m.) and there was a good ratio between the food quantity and the the price. The only downside I find is that they don’t take cards for payments. The rest was superb!

The absolute best! I tried all 3 types of bahn mis and I can say that I could easily eat here every day. The location is small and super cozy - it makes you want to book a vacation to Vietnam asap.

I’ve never had banh mi heo quay before, most delis offer grilled pork, but now I don’t know if I can go back to grilled pork! The heo quay was so crispy and flavorful, and the baguette was the perfect amount of crunchy. Only note I have is more veggies / pickled daikon! The restaurant itself was spacious and tastefully decorated; perfect for hanging out with friends! I would 110% come back again!

Fantastic sandwich, the bun was warm and crispy, and so was the pork too. There’re not a lot of places to sit inside, but there’s a cute park near by where one can enjoy the sandwich in peace and quiet. And 6 euro for such a sandwich is a steal.

the most delicious banh mi i’ve ever had (so far)! a good indicator is that there’s just a couple options to choose from. prices are very fair, baguette is a tad bit heavy but soaked in pickle juice. if hungry, have two :-)

Loved it. Atmosphere is incredible to go and just enjoy the food by yourself, very quiet with relaxed music, great vibe overall. The pork sanwich was great. Perfect balance of textures and flavors, pork was super tender and juicy, bread was crispy and soft. For 6 euros it's a great price for the area.

My favourite place to get bahn mi in Berlin! There can be really long lines at lunch time but trust me it’s worth the wait. I’ve tried the chicken and the pork and prefer the pork! The bread is fresh and soft on the inside and there is pork skin in the sandwich which gives it that extra crunch. It’s really affordable but remember to bring cash!

Food is alright for me nothing too special but the service is super friendly. Location is super center so I give 5 stars!

Asian food in a French baguette. That somewhat summarises this place. You pay about 5,5 euros for a baguette, and wait outside until they call your number. We had to wait fairly long around lunch time, it was quite busy, but definitely worth the wait. The warm sandwich was super tasty, recommended!

Amazing banh-mi at a reasonable price. The vegetables are so tangy and the baguette bread is warm and has a nice crisp to it but is soft on the inside. I had the chicken, but next time I’ll try the tofu, and the time after that I’ll try the pork. I know I’ll be coming back 😋😉! I suggest ordering with the spicy sauce!

The best bánh mì I ever tasted — I was only in Berlin for a few days but went here twice because I couldn't stop thinking of it! Perfectly crispy baguette, soft tofu and excellent flavors. Sometimes there's a little queue, but in my humble opinion it's well worth the wait. Cash only.

The best tofu Bahn Mi I have ever had. The tofu is melt in your mouth good. Small quaint location. There was a line when I arrived and it makes sense why. Homey service. Highly recommend.

Fast, cheap, and filling. Tofu is very flavorful all the way to the inside. I always get extra sauce. Bread is fresh and crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Veggies just pickled enough and still sweet. Very addictive. Cash only. Bring a wet wipe or something for the dripping juices since it just flows out the other end of the paper duh. Not duh, I’m always too enraptured with the sandwich to notice til later. I should make myself a reusable takeaway bib…

Fast and great taste. The bbq pork was nice and crispy. One banh mi will fill you up.
