On the first floor (1 EG) you will find a small cafe area. 3 types of cake, muffins, coffee, soft drinks. Everything is very clean, cozy and this place has quite a view. Napoleon cake is delicious, black coffee tastes good. You can include tips by paying with a card. The team works quickly. The store itself is huge, clean and well designed. In the Anprobe area are water, candies and sofas for the people who waiting. Note that because it’s quite a popular place, usually you have not so many goods on sale to choose from. So as a shopping experience it’s a great option. For a deal hunting it’s better to try other, quieter C&A’s.

Unfreundliches Personal das in der Damenabteilung mitten in dem Hauptgang steht und privat sich darüber unterhält wann man ausgeht und das eine Kollegin nichts trinkt. Es war schwer daran vorbei zu kommen aber noch schwerer wenn Kunden egal sind und man sich um andere Dinge kümmert und somit Kunden anrempelt. Keine Entschuldigung. Statt dessen eine Einmischung der zweiten Kollegin die mit polnischem Dialekt die Schuld dem Kunden zuschieben will. Absolutes No-Go. Gutes Personal sieht anders aus. Anstatt zu quatschen sollte man lieber die Hängelampe im Cafe am Fenster putzen.

Für die Größe der Filiale finde ich das Angebot leider nicht gut. Man hat zwar viel Platz zum Ansehen und suchen, dennoch finde ich die Auswahl eher er klein. Ich habe kleiner Filialen mit deutlich mehr Auswahl erlebt. Persönlich finde ich das schade. Dennoch ist die Filiale gut um einzukaufen.

Unfreundliches Personal an der Kasse (Erdgeschoss). Ein "Bitte" konnte die junge Dame nicht über ihre Lippen bringen, als man sich versehentlich an der falschen Seite angestellt hat (da dort die Schlange war), eher einen Befehlston hatte die Dame. Nicht nur zu mir sondern auch zu den anderen Kunden war sie sehr unfreundlich. Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr nett vorallem in der Babyabteilung ( 2 etwas ältere Damen waren immer sehr nett). Desweiteren finde ich es sehr schade, dass man Ware, welche einen Tag zuvor gekauft wurde (Geschenk, zu klein)nur noch gegen einen Gutschein umtauschen kann.

Very bad costumer service, rude & unprofessional..cloth with no tag prices, they sell it to you & if you want to return it they refuse because there is no tag on it, weird concept, this is considered cheating & stealing. This is not how it suppose to work Worst place to shop from.

Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, vor allem im Kassenbereich. Ich werde dort nicht mehr einkaufen. Reklamation werden nur mürrisch und wenn überhaupt nur gegen einen Gutschein durchgeführt. Keinen einzigen Cent mehr werde ich diesem Unternehmen zahlen.

Haven't been there in ages and was really positively surprised! A good range of fashionable clothes, nicely presented. Clean layout, nice accessories. All super. The only drawback are cashdesks - only 2 of 4 were open - and there was a vast queue. Mainly made up of people trying to return stuff after weeks of keeping them or other irritating, long-winded procedures. 🙄

It's a really good store with so many offers. It is just on the u bhan station. The staff is friendly and kind. Accepted card and cash both. I love the budget friendly deal all the time. Keep it up!

I kind of liked th material of C & A but the only issue is with the return of the items will give you vouchers to use instead of money back

Vielleicht ist heute nicht mein Shopping Tag, aber leider nichts festliches gefunden. Basics wirkten leider verschnitten und hatten keine schöne Figur gemacht. Ansonsten ein guter Laden.

Wunderschöne Lage, trotz der Größe eine schöne Atmosphäre zum Einkaufen. Aktionen wie das Bedrucken eines t Shirts mit dem Wunschmotiv könnten mehr beworben werden. Wir haben es nur per Zufall entdeckt, so wie auch viele andere Kunden. Im ersten Stock befindet sich das hauseigene Café mit toller Aussicht, was es noch auszuprobieren gilt.

Nice store with reasonable prices. I found the winter collection to be nicer than the summer one, but that's just a personal preference. I like that it always has a sale going for some items.

Nun brauch ich da nicht mehr einzukaufen, bei Umtausch gibt es kein Geld zurück sondern eine Gutscheinkarte?????? Was soll das denn?????? Schön wenn man zu Hause anprobieren kann und die dreckigen Kabinen nicht nutzen muss. Also ciao C&A

nice clothing store - good variety at affordable prices (men 😉) most friendly staff helped me finding the right choices, clean wardrobe with good lighting, clothing is grouped in reasonable themes and quickly tidied up after customers ruffled through 🙄 there is a very nice cafeteria on the first floor with the usual bites and drinks exceptional is the view on Ku'Damm overall a great experience

Nicely designed flagship store and affordable prices; and the african lady managing the bathroom is really friendly, but she insists on the 50 cents bathroom fee 😉👍

Poor quality! My t-shirt faded after it's first wash and I followed the care instructions. Very disappointed

Fantastic shop with great attendants. Went in looking for a suit and came out with the perfect match. I had no idea what my sizes were but the people working in that section were super patient and helpful. Fantastic experience that deserves a good rating!

I've visited many C&A store in berlin but this is by far the best of them all. They have large variety of stuff plus the material quality is good.

It’s one of the bigger C&As in town and offers a few floors of everything one might need in terms of clothes. It also has a kids section :)
