Welcome to Bauhaus Wittenbergplatz, similar to other of its branches, also here you can find unprofessional service staff who don't really want to help or don't know how to.. would have been good if the owners invested in some professional workshops on products & supplies for their workers, it will also ecourage them to give better service. The guys and girls in the Kasse however are always nice. Still, it is good to have a Bauhaus in the city. It is a small one so it is mostly good for small projects. Nice 80's music!

The worst personnel I have ever found, so unhelpful and uninterested, they don't even try to help you find something in this jungle. Not recommended

Good service, returned an item quickly and without a hussle. The only thing they might consider having more service clerks as you need to wait until the shop assistant finishes with the prior customer

In this place, I found the people are so service oriented and helpful. They are happy to help with your questions. But the only issue (not a real issue though!) is the language. You must speak German in order to get help from them. But if you are lucky enough, you can get other customers or rarely find someone who can help you with English.

A good large home improvement store with a large selection of items, as well as online order pickup available. Very reasonably priced and easier to get to/from than IKEA!

24-03-2021 The store is open and you can visit after booking an online termin on the bauhaus website. It was nice to go back to in-person shopping after so long!

I've always preferred this Bauhaus to all other DIY stores nearby because it's more orientated towards the needs of flat dwellers. I also enjoy buying exactly the amount of screws etc. That I need. They are sold by weight. This store has been recently completely refurbished.

While this is not the biggest store or has the most floor helpers, it works just great as my local neighborhood shop for everything DIY. On the rare occasion i needed to ask someone something, they were helpful. The checkout staff is always there to help with the self check out.

Great hardware store! Clean and organized.

A lot of options, it is two floors of numerous category of hardware.

Friendly staff, lots of stuff. Not as pricey as you would expect in the middle of the capital in Germany. And parking for customers!

It's small so not having some essentials. Go to the one at KuDamm, if you are not sure that they have it or not.

Nice People, good selection, smaller than I am used to and hard to find a parking space, but still this store is really convenient to get a lot lot of things 😉
