Interesting tour with the theme “Hidden Places”. After I took part in the “Mythos” tour last year, I now had the opportunity to take on a new tour. This tour was also very informative and interesting. We recommend !

We have the “Hidden Places” tour on November 12th. made it and were completely thrilled. It was supposed to take 2 hours, but it took a little longer. Totally interesting, but you should dress warmly in the colder season (the tour is outdoors and indoors). With lots of exciting historical background information. Really recommended. Thank you!

We accidentally booked tickets for the German guided tour which was a problem because neither of us speaks German and as we found out, the English tour was sold out. As it turns out though, our German tour guide overheard us talking to the girl and the reception, and he came up to us in the parking lot to let us know that he was more than willing to update us between stops and to answer any questions in Englidh as well. He paid attention to us all throughout and made sure we knew what was going on. We felt really welcomed and incredibly grateful for his attitude, so thank you again to the tourguide of the German tour on 2022.02.11. 1PM we wish you all the best!

I can only recommend the “Mythos Tempelhof” tour. Anyone interested in history and stories, architecture and aviation has come to the right place. If you arrive by subway, you will have a shorter walk if you get off at the “Paradestraße” station than at the “Platz der Luftbrücke” station. In order to find the correct (for the tour) of the numerous entrances, you should look for the sign "GAT". During the tour you stay both indoors and outdoors (the interiors are heated). You should be able to walk well as there are quite a few steps to climb.

Great. Just great and interesting. Great guide, with enormous detailed knowledge and a fun and friendly way of explaining things. We really liked it, definitely recommend it, but you have to be good on foot.

Great tour of the templehof terminal building. The only way to visit this massive iconic structure of Berlin's history

A long walking tour - be prepared for more than 2 hours of walking and climbing flights of stairs. Nonetheless, it is very very worth it. There was a very large group of 35 of us, but the tour guide was very effective and the tour was fascinating and interesting. We learnt a lot about the history of Tempelhof Airport. The tour gave us access to the tarmac with a model aircraft, hangars, terminal halls, departure area, air-raid bunkers, restaurant, and film storage area. Do book in advance and check the dates because tours are often fully booked.

Our guide was very competent and revealed a lot of exciting information about the history of Tempelhof Airport. There were also exciting insights into, for example, a former hangar, the check-in hall, the apron, air raid shelters and former US Air Force premises - and you could take a look at a so-called raisin bomber. An exciting and impressive piece of contemporary history in the middle of Berlin.

It was a super “brilliant” idea to come here and book a tour. It took 2 hours and we learned a lot about Berlin history. I really recommend it 100%.

Interesting tours about the history of the airport, the construction is huge, what could be accomplished with the resources of that time and everything that is still preserved is also interesting, where the spies sat, the hangars and the apron is already impressive

Took the English tour. The guide was very friendly and clearly very passionate about all things aviation. It was a very informative tour, with many funny and interesting antidotes, delving deep into the tortured history of Berlin during Nazi regime (when the airport was built) and Soviet era (when their airport was used for the airlift). Very worthwhile.

We absolutely loved the tour. The guide knew everything and explained everything in a very exciting and gripping way. You could really feel the tension in the individual rooms. Highly recommended and really worth the money. Connection is quite okay. When we were there it was raining and very windy, which was a bit annoying because parts of the tour took place outside. But there's nothing you can do. You should be good on foot as there are a lot of steps to climb. A top address for airport lovers and anyone interested in time.

You need to book in advance. We have being travelling for 7 weeks. This was my favourite tourism activity of those 7 weeks. The Tour guide was very informative. Big group, lots of walking. 2 hours long. I suspect he had enough material for a full day. Highly recommend.

A fascinating place to explore. We accidentally booked the tour in German though so had no idea what was being said! Oops!

Great tour guide, very informative, a bit pricey and a bit too long for what you get to see. Would still recommend.

Very interesting tour, but you must walk a lot. It takes 2 hours and you can see a lot of of interesting places.

The tour was fantastic! One of my favorite things I did in my time in Berlin! I can’t remember the tour guides name but he was a Dutch gentleman and he was incredibly knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. I really enjoyed how much they put the building in context throughout history, some people said in their reviews that they wish there was less talking and more time to wander and take photos but I totally disagree, without the context and rich history it’s just a large cement building. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Berlin, absolutely fascinating. The only recommendation I have for the company is that they should put a stronger warning about accessibility and how strenuous the tour is. At one point in the tour we climbed probably 10 flights of stairs, which I am fortunate that this was not a problem for me but there were a few older people in the group who struggled a lot with so many stairs some of them stating they wouldn’t have taken the tour if they had known how strenuous it would be. I think it would be beneficial for everyone to put a warning that climbing many flights of stairs is required. Overall absolutely amazing tour!

I took a German tour since I couldn’t make it to the English one (I think it’s only once a week tour) but it was still pretty good. There definitely is a lot of talking but you still get a chance to go through the building with the tour guide. The building is well preserved and is monumental like most of Berlin government architecture. I think they definitely could’ve given more time for people to stroll around and take pictures, especially in the main terminal, but other than that, don’t miss a chance to visit this building, even if the tour is in German! (You can always look up the background on Wikipedia)

Very bad experience! We had to walk 25min from train station before we got there, although the teain stop is called Tempelhof. As a consequence, we were 10 minutes too late. All doors were closed, nobody was there anymore. Sent an email to request refund of our tickets. They just said, not possible. This is NOT how you treat tourists. We could not ask information at train starion, nobody understands English! Poor!

The tour guide was great, the tour cultural a necessity, just to understand what the "LuftbrĂĽcke" did and how it helped 2 million Berliners to survive.

The 'Wall Tour' with Stephan was incredibly interesting from start to finish. How lucky for us that we were the only ones who booked the tour that day. Stephan answered all of our questions and used a wealth of knowledge and personal experiences from his youth (growing up in the East) to create an unforgettable tour. Thanks for that!
