No response to calls or emails at all, even when contacted during office hours. I am extremely disappointed!! 😤

The lady at the reception was so friendly. Watsapp communication was real quick and smooth. But there are two ladies that sit in the office on the right side of the corridor when applying for a Kenyan pass. Very unfriendly and the extra size one seemed to have forgot that she is a lady wearing a skirt. One foot under the table the other on the other side of the chair, you could see everything and she was literally chewing like her life depended on it.

I was at the Embassy for a planned appointment, things went out so well, faster than I anticipated, professionally and they were all so kind to me. I must say (and I said to the staff in person) I am impressed. Thank you and keep up the work. However, consular matters department, is a different case altogether. I have been following up a birth certificate for over 18 months now! Can you serve people better?

It's been months long, I'm still waiting for confirmation of my son's birth certificate, I've called I've wrote emails .. so where else do I go when my embassy doesn't respond?????? Very disappointed!!! #mkenyaujerumani E .Wegesa

I read several reviews before going to my child's and my own appointment and I must admit I was afraid and was prepared for a terrible experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Staff at the embassy were very very kind and welcoming. We received excellent service.👏👏 The time allocated for our appointments was 40 minutes (20 each). Everything was completed in 15 minutes. We had all the requested documents at hand and had arranged them as on the checklist, massively reducing the time spent at the Embassy. Please go to the embassy with an open mind and with the requested paperwork and let’s give our brothers and sisters the opportunity to serve us without passing judgement beforehand. 🙏🙏

Very very rude staff. The embassy staff is there to SERVE the PEOPLE with DIGNITY and PROFESSIONALITY. Instead they are RUDE, inconsistent, and unwilling to LISTEN. We are moving backwards... what a shame on Kenya.

I was there on Feb 17th2022,served by a lady called Jane, who was taking photos, she asked me for 70 euro to send my passport via dhl to austria, she didn't issue me a receipt, only to receive the passport via normal post that cost 7 euro, I drove all the way to Germany with my kids only to be conned by an employee at the embassy, jane! Pliz stop that, you have a salary, stop conning kenyans, your there to serve not to con, how many have you conned?

8 weeks since my biometrics were captured for a passport renewal. 2 emails sent so far have gone unanswered and have been trying without any success to reach the embassy by phone. So frustrating!

My appointment was on 14th November 2022 and as I entered in the office the atmosphere was very good. There was a little bit dark skinned man wearing glasses and was middle aged who was very very friendly to me and I cannot complain about Kenya Embassy. They tried to help everyone who had an appointment on this day and I really felt like am at home(Kenya). Thanking the embassy for having such kind people.

I was at the Embassy end October to apply the New Ecitizen Passport after waiting for it after 2yrs. But when i reached there my worries & disappointment for the last years were turned into joyful moments. Thankyou so much for the Lady who was controlling my Documents & The Man (Head of the Berlin Embassy at the moment) they are Good people & very welcoming. Was not treated Bad like back in 2019.

I can only say don’t read the reviews and judge! Go there and form an opinion for yourself because this people have been nothing but helpful from the moment we made acquaintance (2020) till date and they went and are still going above and beyond for me. They have done more than what they are supposed to do so, people don’t believe anything you read because I did too but was proven wrong on arrival and I am still experiencing their kindness. My first time to go to the Kenyan embassy in Berlin I was scared because of what the reviews were saying and to top it all up I showed up an hour late so I thought they would send me back, I got a very friendly welcome and after the service they even helped me get a cab back to the main train station. Up to date I am still in contact with them and i still get help with all the consular matters . I can only tell you guys go make the experience for yourself and then judge. I was neither dissatisfied nor disappointed.

Actually I was so much surprised yesterday when I went to the Kenyan Embassy in Berlin. They're all so friendly na wanashugulikia mtu haraka sana with so much respect, no time wasting, they answers all the questions one has, comparing to the last time I visited the Embassy which was hell on Earth, the new Staff are so welcoming. I give them a Credit for that. I so much felt at home, especially speaking Swahili to everyone, no discrimination at all. That's how it's supposed to be. Bravo to the staff, everything went so smoothly that I was even asking myself if I was at the right place.They made my day and am so proud of them.

One of the worst institutions I had to deal with in the last 10 years. It takes them literally more than 2 months to answer 1 call and even then they are incapable of answering. Rude and self-sufficient people who forgot they are payed from our the citizen money not the other way around !!!

My appointment for biometrics went well. Though my passport was delayed due to a mistake I made during the application. So I contacted the embassy via mail and telephone and they responded promptly. My issue was solved and two days later I got my passport delivered. Asante Sana

Unbelievable! I have been reading here 90% most of the negative comments towards the embassy staff. But let's give a credit where it deserves. We called the embassy and our call was picked in seconds. The lady was very friendly energetic and ready to assist. There is a very big change and I must say please Kenyan embassy please keep it up and continue with this spirit 👏👏👏👏👏

I really don't get the bad reviews. Maybe in the past but oflet the Embassy service and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Had an awesome experience there today, so did the lady before me and the man after me. Felt like home, how an Embassy should feel.

I was at the Embassy in September for the first time and i must say they are friendly. I was served very fast and Whenever i had a question i would send a message and they were responding back immediately. I remember one day sending a message very late at night and to my surprise they responded back. Thank you guys and the kenyan snacks we were given at the reception were very delicious😆. Thank you for the good service and keep up.

I was at the Embassy today ,very friendly workers,I was welcomed well with a cup of kenyan tea which I had not drunk in a long time. After I finished with my appointment,I was told it's OK to wait inside for my husband to come who was supposed to pick me,I found them very considerate the fact that I had two children and it was very windy outside. My whole experience was amazing!! The staff are super friendly, time conscious and efficient. I was on time for my appointment and they served me immediately! Appointment lasted approximately 15 minutes!! I cannot emphasize enough on how friendly they are. Its 10/10 for me.

Great experience, homely welcome and friendly treatment especially by the beautiful lady at the consultancy dept. She was even willing to serve people who had forgotten some documents and to photocopy missing ones. Fully satisfied!

The embassy staff are very friendly. Passport replacement process took less than 15 minutes and I received my new passport in less than a month. Keep up the good job.

I think it's the worst embassy ever, poor communication. You apply for a visit Visa they say it's supposed to take between 7_ 14days only for it to go for a whole month, and when you try inquiring you are never given anything concrete, very slow and well, worst experience ever.

I had an appointment on 19th July, the systems in Kenya were a bit down but the services we got here were very good. Although had to wait hours with kids but we were assured that all of us were going to be served and helped in every way they can.
