Best Mexican food and killer tacos in Honolulu, HI The service was amazing. The music just makes you want to dance. So I did just that all over the place. So there is only carryout at the moment. You order on the inside, and then they will bring it out to your car. You can order ahead. The tacos are the best I have had in my whole life. Marlin, shrimp, and chicken tacos. The mild sauce had my lips on fire. But it hurt so well!!

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I heard really good reviews, but the food was under seasoned/bland. Everything needed salt. The pineapple fresca was watered down. The chips were cold and stale. Service was horrible. Just a terrible experience. Gross. I am editing this review after the message from the owner. You may have an open kitchen concept, but your waitress only spoke to us once and never came back to ask about the food. There was nothing personal about the experience. You weren't busy on a Monday. We left with only one other table being served.

Food was good, service was fast, I just wished they had more parking lol. I was afraid I would get towed since I parked in the alley nearby.

Considering the recommendations I got to try this place out, I was extremely underwhelmed. The food was bland and dry. I had to dump so much salsa into it. The waitress was not attentive. There were 4 other tables that had customers, I don’t know if they consider that busy but it didn’t seem like she spent much time at any table. If you are lucky to snag one of the three available parking spots, getting into and out of it is difficult. Definitely don’t drive in the back for extra parking. There are none!! Maybe it was an off day but I’m scratching my head wondering why this place was recommended to me. Also, menu reflects CASH PRICES. Luckily I had cash on me.

I've had their mexi loco moco and that was good but today I tried their chorizo rice and that blew me away. Highly recommend trying it out if you get a chance.

Absolutely adored the inside of this little cafe. I thought their food was fairly good for the price. I got the loco Moco and it had a lot of flavor.

Nice little place, food was awesome but I should have said no cilantro 🙁. I know Mexican food has a lot but I like eating tacos 😂. Only thing I wouldn’t recommend would be the salsa, I thought it would be made to order but they just pulled it out of the fridge in front. The salsa wasn’t as fresh as I thought it would be. My birria tacos was definitely on point so I had to order an extra one on the side😋. Only thing is I wish they gave more napkins… one is definitely not enough.

Amazing! Great Mexican influenced food on Oahu! This was my first time stopping here, after hearing about it from a few people. The Horchata Cold Coffee was delicious and not too sweet ( which is great because you get the flavor without all the sugars). The regular black coffee was great too though. It has a slightly cinnamon taste and makes for a very nice black 🍵! The locomoco was delicious and more than enough food, even for a healthy eater. The murials on the wall we're all very well painted and the decor is tastefully Mexican!

My parents recently went for their Father's Day evening and were so happy! I was so grateful to find something as wonderful as this while I was off island for my Dad and how they loved it! My Dad spoke really highly of their mole and the jalapeño cornbread. An awesome place in Wahiawa and wonderful addition to the cultural community.

Small cafe serving delicious burritos, tacos and chips with avocada salsa, staff were friendly and courteous, customized the tacos and burritos for our vegetarian needs and served them hot and delicious. They are only few minutes drive from Dole Plantation and a good place to have lunch, limited parking on site, only 3 to 4 cars.

I've been on the hunt for some good Mexican food, their breakfast burritos are not only HUGE, but so delicious. I cannot wait to try their churro french toast next, as well as their ceviche!

I'm a Texan and I was skeptical to say the least! But the service was great, food was amazing and the options were great for such a small establishment. I truly enjoyed the authenticity of this restaurant! They had Mexican Coke which made me even more happy!

Perfect for Valentine's or the special event for your girl or guy if they like tacos or if you just want alot of tacos. This worked perfect for my heart shaped platter. Buying closer to the meal time is best I bought a few hours prior and it took some reheating but they worked great. Don't ask if they have military discount, that's all they serve to and will scoff at the idea of you asking, that's what happened to me. Great tacos though we will be back.

Best burritos on the island! All of their breakfast menu plates can be ordered as a burrito too! I always order the CMT Burrito and lucky me they were running a special that got you a free Shrimp ceviche tostada with every order. Parking can be a little difficult but it's worth the drive and hassle! absolutely delicious. The burrito comes packed with steak, fish, chicken, rice, beans, cheese, and an amazing sauce. The ceviche was good but i had a long drive home and the tostada got too soft before i was able to eat them together.

i love this place so much i enjoy their horachata coffee love it so much and their breakfast burritos with the salsa bring me so much memories of how my mom would make them. Definitely would recommend this place 🤍

Finally was able to take out from here. Been wanting to try the churro french toast for quite some time, so I decided to get the full order (6 pcs.) so i could munch on some later. Was not disappointed. If you love malasadas you will love this. Tastes almost exactly like them! They come drizzled with a dulce de leche sauce. Will definitely be back. Next time i will order bacon too!

One of the best burritos I've had on island. Really reminds me of the authentic Mexican food I am accustomed to in California. You have to come here!

This is a really great cafe! I loved it. I ordered the Mexi-Loco Moco and it was delicious. The salsa verde and pork had really good flavor. The chips, salsa, and guacamole are also good too. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.

The reason I gave a 4star , the parking situation is bad. Atmosphere is due to dining space , has to be low capacity. Food and Service is Fantastic. I would definitely eat there again or take out ! 👍🏽🏜️🌮🌽🥑

Had the machaca for breakfast with corn tortilla and it was amazing! Birria tacos are yum. Churro French Toast portion is large

Friendly atmosphere, but the food wasn't amazing. We got asada tacos and carnitas burrito. It was a decent lunch spot, but don't go expecting outstanding Mexican. I may be a bit biased coming from North Mexico (Texas) though.

Love the traditional Mexican decor. Small place almost hidden in Wahiawa. Ordered a burrito and it was good. Is hard to rate a burrito as coming from California Mexican food is delicious. People were nice. Hardly any drink selections. I grabbed a cup of water and the cup was quite small. TBH as is I don't see this place any higher than a 4. But hope they make some improvements. Thank you for lunch.

Breakfast so far has been delicious and not a fault in either the chorizo rice or eggs. Very well priced also. Staff are very friendly and accommodate large orders also. Highly recommend
