More of a coffee shop, food was very basic and they run out of ingredients to cook stuff too. It’s capitalizing on surf culture. There are better places for breakfast which was our main focus. Good to come if you work remote and want to get work done on a laptop.

#Grateful for Tom Bauer Founder @ surfing the nations In Wahiawa, Hawaii. I have never experienced such an awesome coffee shop. I have never been treated with so much respect. Family and Community seems to be the highest priority here. I had food and I definitely had coffee. I had dessert and I could not have asked for a better experience. This is definitely going to be a big part of my life. When you wake up every morning you don't have a clue which direction the universe is going to take you and I started my day with open arms. Now, after having coffee and community I am overflowing with love joy and happiness.

I LOVE this little gem of a coffee shop. It is fairly priced, has a public restroom, and it offers a great atmosphere with photos of surfing legends adorning the walls. The berry smoothies and chocolate chip coconut Mac nut cookies are da bomb.

The worst coffee spot on island as far as customer service goes. Quality of coffee and food is amazing, however, the staff will literally walk past customers and not even speak and have them standing there at the register for 20-30 minutes. Then laugh about it and throw an obligatory “sorry for your wait” after having them wait for half an hour just to take an order! Love the product, hate the staff! Island life is slow but not that slow. Severely understaffed!

Let me just put it this way, walking into surfers was like walking into an abandoned warehouse. It looked empty and possibly even closed. BUT let me tell you it was poppin! Purchasing food and coffee from there was like finding an article of high end clothing for $5 at goodwill and selling it for $400 on poshmark. Life is good when you’re here!

Best coffee shop experience I’ve had on Oahu so far! Surfers Coffee does have tons of surfing decor and huge tvs displaying the WSL, which I enjoy watching. Large space, no music, chill atmosphere, and I think they just opened a garden patio?! Direct trade with Stumptown coffee was absolutely delicious in my cortado, could’ve spent all day here.

Parking was a bit of a challenge but thankfully I found a spot in their parking lot behind the building. I got an iced honey cinnamon latte. It was delicious! Can’t say anything bad about it.

My first time here… it was a nice little coffee spot, lots of room inside and out. Nice that they have free WiFi. Just the vibe in here is really chill, I got a wahiawa iced coffee which was amazing! My son got the açaí smoothie also vey 👍. Would definitely like to come here and just relax.

Surfers had a large seating area and a clean bathroom. My order came out promptly though I was the only person in line at the time. Music was a nice volume not overpowering. I got an iced volcano mocha and it was quite good, balanced between the coffee, chocolate, and the cayenne and cinnamon. The prices seemed quite reasonable especially with how expensive Hawaii can be. They also had some gluten free donuts available. I would definitely come again if I was in the area

I lived in Oahu for 4 years. Surfers was a place where I would go for some tranquil time. The vibes are great and the atmosphere is pleasant. The açaí bowls however, wowzers! Hands down the best! The staff there are so nice always made me feel welcomed! Love love surfers I wish I could give it 20 stars! 😍👍🏽

Pretty much the only coffee coffee shop on Oahu with an ounce of ambience. Beautiful space and nice variety of seating with outlets. Wish parking was better but can’t have it all. Glad this place exists!

Such an amazing place really love the warm welcome and the coffee was amazing, I had a hot cappuccino and the cinnamon bun it was so yummy full of flavour, the coffee was smooth, the type of coffee you have to close your eyes with each sip because its so relaxing and inviting. I am so happy to find this gem. Also extra parking in the back. Hi surfers coffee, meet your new regular customer!

30 min wait for coffee and no parking area - so this morning half their customers cars got towed from the jack in the box parking lot which has confusing signage. Our own car was towed and 2 other families with babies. Don’t recommend going here as there is no nearby parking and your car will be towed. The wait is super long just for a cold chai and it is nothing special. Recommend staff puts up a sign to warn people about parking or speeds up service.

It was worth the experience! The coffee was wonderful! I have never had coconut coffee before! It’s so good and it came out so quickly. The staff are so nice and I love the environment how it’s so pleasant to hangout and study. I had such a wonderful time getting my studies done! Me and my friend had such a nice time. The parking is in the back of the building with a sign; if you are trying to find parking. Overall I highly recommend this place!

Best açaí bowl on the island! Everything here is delicious and well made. They take great care in making sure your drinks are made to perfection!

Quaint little coffee shop on the main drag in town. Coffee is tasty, pastries are delicious, and there's plenty of seating of a variety of types. The only negative is the time to get the order, and it's really no longer than anywhere else in Hawaii lol... Restroom is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Convenient place to stop for coffee. Lots of space for hanging out. Many people in there chilling and making use of internet. They have some pastries, coffee mugs and shirts for sale.

This used to be my favorite coffee shop on island, and I'd visit every day. Something happened in the last few months where prices went up, sizes are smaller, and orders take FOREVER. I still find myself waiting 10+ mins for a coffee order i put in before i left my house. I am only leaving this review in hopes that the situation can be rectified, as a year ago, i would have said it was the best shop on island, but not anymore.

Really enjoyed the whole ambiance of the cafe. The woman who helped me at the register was extremely welcoming and friendly. My iced toffee latte was so so yummy and I can’t wait to go back and try more on the menu! Was a good decision to trust the amazing reviews of this cafe 👌🏽

My favorite coffee spot on the island! Great atmosphere, comfortable seating with lots of places to charge laptops and work, friendly staff and delicious drinks. My only complaint is I wish they could stay open later! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a great coffee spot to meet friends or get some work done.

I appreciate this coffee shop and this history behind it (and how it uplifted this part of town & community). We tried 3 different lattes, so I’m certain you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. We chose the mochi waffle for breakfast and we were able to split that 3 ways! Chill vibes, great service and even better offerings.

Good coffee! My husband got the strawberry Shaka which was really sweet and I got a regular mocha. Both were really good but if you want something sweeter go with rhe strawberry shaka, if you want a little bit of sweet go with the standard mocha. Thsy have a list if underground recipes that I can't wait to try out! The only thing that's not ideal is trying to find a parking spot around there. Otherwise I have no complaints and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I tried to call but their phone is disconnected. The coffee was bad, specially drink was a cup of flavorless milk with ice. Barista was nice, but seemed lost when it came to product related questions. Ambiance was nice, coffee sucked. First time here, prob won’t go back. Might have just been bad luck

After trying the coffee here, we didn't even bother checking out any of the other coffee shops on our vacation. I had both a plain latte and a couple speciality lattes and they were all great. The Thai latte was one of the best espresso drinks I've ever had. The shop itself is a cool spot with plenty of seating.

Baristas are a little slow(maybe still learning) but it’s worth the wait. The dirty chai was good- I got the spiciest option and it wasn’t overpowering. Very cute inside area and it seemed like there were a lot of regulars

Coffee is amazing, the pastries are tasty- favorite was the pineapple muffin, a must have! Staff is friendly and awesome My husband and I became regulars to the point they memorized our orders.
