Ordered
from
the
screen,
then
service
is
less
then
mediocre.
My
food
was
picked
from
the
hot
counter
and
put
on
a
tray
on
the
customer
counter
where
it
could
go
cold,
while
my
order
waited
for
a
supplementbal
giant.
On
of
the
first
things
served
on
the
tray
were
churros
from
a
holding
cabinet.
So
that
By
the
was
cold
by
the
time
I
was
ready
for
my
desert
By
time
I
started
eating
my
other
burger
and
fries
were
luke
warm
at
best,
the
waiter
forgot
my
mayo.
I
didn't
enjoy
my
meal.
This
is
how
ALL
screen
orders
are
handled,
this
has
to
change,
meals
should
be
put
on
a
tray
as
late
as
possible
before
handing
the
tray
to
the
customer,
that
means
that
burgers
should
remain
in
the
hot
counter
and
fries
should
be
on
the
fryers
second
until
the
customer
takes
them
away
Brgers
that
are
late
should
be
carried
the
customer's
table
Customer
that
dibe
in
should
be
asked
to
gettheir
churros
their
churros
or
ice-cream
after
their
meal,
not
served
with
their
meal.
Customer
should
not
have
to
coubter-organise
such
things
by
ordering/and
paying
twice
against
your
service
organisation
