I was suffering from gum disease, and a different clinic suggested a really weird surgery. Finally ended up here and all the staffs are so friendly, they explained everything well, in English. Their treatment was perfect, I’d recommend this place for anyone. And I’m 101% happy about their service.

The doctor is very accurate and very gentle. We had a lot of advice and it took about 2 months to get the same amount of content from the source of Hanno Fatto. Great practice! Miss Dr. Kanz is the best dentist I have ever had! Very sensitive, professional and friendly. Perfect especially for anxious patients! All the staff are incredibly friendly. Never anywhere else again :) I had a treatment with laughing gas and was really worried and afraid due to several bad experiences with other dentists. The treatment was so gentle and painless! What surprised me most: no pain or anything else after the treatment. Not even the injection sites. I've never had that before. Many thanks to Dr. Kanz and her team. :)

Very nice, modern practice. The staff at reception, when making appointments and in the room are extremely friendly and give me as a patient a reassuring feeling. Also important because I really don't like going to the dentist. I have been extremely satisfied with every single doctor there so far. They took their time, listened and gave detailed feedback on what to do and what was found before and after each treatment. Also very friendly, careful and always concerned about the patient's well-being. Always a pleasure to visit the Alte Schmiede practice clinic.

I have often visited Dr. with my daughter. Kanz, most recently yesterday because of the aftermath of a school accident. Miss Dr. Kanz is incredibly empathetic, patient and friendly. We are also very convinced of her professionally.

My daughter had her milk teeth extracted today without any complications and they wouldn't have fallen out on their own. With the addition of laughing gas. We are absolutely convinced of the practice and the great dentist and her team. We have rarely experienced such a sensitive doctor who looked after our daughter in an absolutely professional and loving manner. The ZFA's are also all TOP! Friendly, sweet, sensitive! We as parents were also treated with total sensitivity. I will always be happy to come back and both my husband and I will now be putting our own dental health in the hands of the practice clinic. Big praise also to the administration and office team! Despite reception work and certainly a lot of work in the background, always very friendly and absolutely warm!
