Nice SPA area. The breakfast buffet, is very small and was not well maintained. We went to eat breakfast on a Saturday at 9 am, and it was almost empty. After we complained at the reception, someone with very bad english skills, told us, that we should wake up ealier, that earlier there are more items! This is a socalled 4 star-plus hotel, which costs more than 128€/night: - no gym. you have to drive to a nearby mall and pay to train - the free WiFi is very slow and capped to ~20kb/s if you are downloading something (I was using my cellular data for the whole stay). A "guest access" for faster WiFi costs is very pricey. At the same time, the restaurant is closed on Sundays! And they have no other offerings apart from a very small menu at the bar. At the pool inside we waited an hour for someone to come, and in the end we had to go out to the main bar in our bathing robes by 50 F! To ask for something to drink! I would NOT reccommend staying at this hotel.

Ich hatte kürzlich eine äußerst unangenehme Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel und dem Kundenservice. Ich hatte einen Day Spa Gutschein, der leider abgelaufen war, aber ich dachte, ich könnte ihn immer noch einlösen oder dass er zumindest zu Anteilen noch verwendet werden kann. Leider war das Hotel nicht bereit, mir entgegenzukommen oder eine Ausnahme zu machen. Der Kundenservice war äußerst unfreundlich und wenig hilfreich. Anstatt sich um meine Anliegen zu kümmern, wurde ich abgewiesen und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich Pech gehabt hätte. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel. Es ist enttäuschend zu sehen, wie dieses Hotel mit seinen Kunden umgeht und wie wenig es um Kundenzufriedenheit bemüht ist. Ich werde definitiv nicht mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten oder es weiterempfehlen. Es gibt genug andere Hotels, die ihren Kunden entgegenkommen und sich um ihr Wohlbefinden kümmern. Dieses Hotel hat mich wirklich enttäuscht.

Stayed there for a 3-day-seminar. Food and service were very good. The rooms quiet and nice, but no AC. All in all a good experience, can recommend the hotel.

Super schönes eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Service perfekt. Großer Pluspunkt geht an den Barkeeper an der Bar, der in den letzten 2 Tagen dort gearbeitet hat. Dieser konnte auch Cocktails mixen, die so nicht auf der Karte standen, hat man heutzutage leider viel zu selten. Auch das Frühstück war herausragend, sehr viel Auswahl und von allem immer reichlich da. Auch die Mitarbeiter am Frühstücksbuffet waren super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach nur top. Man kann abends draußen sitzen und die Ruhe genießen. Den Spa Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt, daher kann ich hierfür keine Bewertung abgeben. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren spontan für eine Übernachtung während der Durchreise zu Gast. Wir wurden am Empfang schon sehr freundlich vom Mitarbeiter begrüßt. Den Wellness Bereich hatten wir fast für uns alleine und waren von den verschiedenen Saunen sehr angetan. Der Außenpool war auch toll so wie der Innenpool. Das Fine Dining am Abend war exzellent. Die Bedienung Frau Glockhart hat uns freundlich und kompetent bedient. Das 3 Gänge Menü fantastisch und lecker. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen ließ auch keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren im Deluxe Zimmer, aktuell noch nicht renoviert, daher noch der Charme vergangener Tage aber absolut ausreichend und sauber.

Horror Aufenthalt! wir haben extra eine Zimmer Kategorie höher gebucht, da uns dann eine Klimaanlage zugesichert wurde. Diese kann aber maximal 24° erzeugen, die Außentemperatur lag gestern Abend allerdings bei 19°. Fazit: wir haben das Fenster aufgelassen. Mitten in der Nacht konnten wir dann das Zimmer wechseln, da der Concierge der Meinung war, dass das andere Zimmer Kühler Vera, das war nicht der Fall. In dem ersten Zimmer war der Föhn defekt und das angepriesene Telefon fehlte. In beiden Zimmern sind die Rauchmelder demontiert gewesen. Das Abendessen war in Ordnung. Beim Bessert wurden tatsächlich marinierte Erdbeeren angepriesen, diese bestanden aus nicht einmal einer halben Erdbeere. Der Servicemitarbeiter meinte das wär so „normal“. Die meisten Flaschen Weine sind „ausverkauft“. Für knapp 80€ haben wir Essen für max. 50€ erhalten. Der Spa Bereich ist total veraltet. Frühstücksbuffet. Total schmuddelig angerichtet. Gefrorene Butter. Kein Frischkäse und keine Körnerbrötchen. Zusammengefasst von allem einfach das günstigste. Im kompletten Hotelzimmer Schilder was es kostet wenn man die Bademäntel mitnimmt, im Zimmer raucht oder die SPA Tasche verliert. Was soll das? Das Schlimmste eigentlich während des gesamten Aufenthalts hat sich niemand dafür interessiert uns das zu bieten, wofür wir zahlen. Echt erschreckend. Im Ersatzzimmer ist dann auch wieder die Klimaanlage ausgefallen und es ist dadurch ein Wasserschaden aufgetreten. Mit dem privaten Smartphone mussten wir den Schaden melden, dieser wurde aber bis zum CheckOut nicht behoben und das halbe Zimmer war Nass! Krass - Wie selbstverständlich hier mit Mängeln umgegangen wird.

Die Lage ist ok und leicht ruhig gelegen. Parkplatz ist vor dem Hotel kostenfrei verfügbar. Zimmer ist Standardmäßig eingerichtet. Badewanne im Bad. Wellnessbereich mit Innenpool und Außenpool ist ok. Das Abendessen im Hotel war miserabel. Ca. 90min auf das Essen gewartet, dann lauwarmes und versalzenes Essen bekommen. Bestelltes Dessert wurde nicht serviert und vergessen. Preis für die Menge und Qualität des Essens überteuert. Keine Kinderkarte/Kindermenü verfügbar. Frühstück war vielfältig, jedoch keine warme Milch inkl. Cappuccino, Latte, etc. Leider war die Butter gefroren und der Schnittkäse brüchig. Leider erreichte das Frühstück und das Servicepersonal kein 4sterne Niveau.

Very enjoyable stay during our business trips. No other hotel was ever considered after our first stay. Once I even received a cake for my birthday from ms. receptionist! <3 I love that hotel is very friendly, you can access the sauna for a rest after long day. What is a bit weird for me is paid wifi in 21st century. This does not help on business trips.

Room "class first business" may differ depending on part of the building. I've been in very small and old room without air-conditioning. Room had extra doors to the suit next door and I could hear people like there were in mine, also door handle was working - creepy. My friend got room completely different in terms I've mentioned before for the same price and he was satisfied. In the other hand SPA area with two pools is great and I deeply recommend hotel for that! Average breakfast.

The staff was very hospitable and very nice, we've got an better room ( actually the best because it was an buisness class )than what we booked. Everything was very clean there was not even mildew in the shower. They clean the whole bathroom thoroughly and quick. There is free Wifi available which was fast enough to watch 1080p videos online. As for the room it was an economy class room which had an Airco, the room was very dark and the lightning did not help that much either. But it was very beautiful ( which it should be considering what you actually need to pay for, we just got lucky that we've got an upgrade ) The spa was really nice, they've got a lot of free choices you can choose from for example: taking a swim or relax in the hot tub. As for breakfast there is not much to chose from and some stuff aren't described properly, also the time it takes the staff to refill is way to slow. If you want you can also dine there but there is not a lot to chose from and it is way to expensive. The downsides, aside this hotel well deserved it stars and gets an 4 out of 5 rating.

The rooms are spacious and tidy with very large comfortable beds. The only let down was the bathroom. It was cleaned very poorly (lots of hair everywhere) and the drains were partially clogged. Very kind staff and a nice spa, shame you have to pay for bathrobes even as a guest. The food in the restaurant was not of the quality that you would expect.

I did not stay in the hotel itself but in the longstay apartments near the old town. The apartments are nice though the deco is gawdy. The wonderfully isolated German construction must be outstanding for winter but now in the summer made it a bit hard to bear. The hotel was prepared with two air columns and can't be blamed for near 40°C. Some kind of warning about the 4th floor without lift would surely have been appreciated. Overall my stay was very positive despite the listed factors, location is absolutely wonderful and the two balconies ensure there's always somewhere to sit outside in the shade. The personnel was very sweet and helpful. Warning: you'll have to check in and out at the actual hotel which is unnecessarily impractical.

The hotel is nice, staff is friendly and breakfast is quite good. I didn't like that the room was way too warm, the installations have no air conditioning at all! If you need an iron, you can just use the ironing service on the morning. They won't borrow you one. And the worst: just 1 hour of wifi is included.

I stay here routinely as I spend my working week in Ingolstadt. The restaurant is nice, the food is good, though the menu does not vary. The business first rooms are lovely and adequate and the spa facilities are good for a late evening swim or sweat. Overall this place gets a solid 7 out of 10 due to limited menu, room service ending at 2300. Also, having to request minibar items.

On the positive side, the service provided by the hotel staff was truly commendable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and comfortable, providing a cozy ambiance that helped me unwind after a long day of work. Additionally, the breakfast spread was quite impressive. The variety of options ensured that there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, the availability of parking on-site was a huge convenience, making my daily commute hassle-free. However, my stay did have a couple of downsides that need addressing. Despite staying in the business class category, I was surprised to find that there was no water and coffee maker in the room. In a hotel that otherwise pays attention to guest comfort, this seemed like an oversight. A small touch like having a coffee maker would have added to the overall convenience of the stay. Similarly, the absence of an iron box in the room was quite inconvenient. When I requested one at the reception, I was taken aback by the 15 euro per day charge for its use. This came across as an unnecessary additional expense, especially for business travelers who often require a well-pressed attire.

Er überraschte mich mit kreativen Cocktails, die nicht auf der Karte standen - etwas, das heutzutage leider viel zu selten vorkommt. Das Frühstück war wirklich beeindruckend, mit einer großen Auswahl und immer ausreichend Nachschub. Die Mitarbeiter am Frühstücksbuffet waren überaus freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar. Abends draußen zu sitzen und die Ruhe zu genießen, war wirklich erholsam. Wir haben den Spa-Bereich zwar nicht genutzt, daher kann ich dazu keine Bewertung abgeben. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
