The place is good but the AC is bad and it so hot I when to talk to them they said they set it up and they can’t change it I mean it’s my room I don’t want it hot and outside is hot the afternoon I’m sorry but I don’t recommend it

I missed My transatlantic connecting flight and was put up here by Lufthansa with a complimentary stay, dinner, breakfast, and shuttles. I got impatient trying to find the shuttle to the hotel so I walked the 7 km to the hotel with my two carry-on bags. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes and was dark down a bike path where I saw nobody. Apparently, I’m the only hotel guest to have ever done that. When I finally arrived I was so pleasantly surprised that it made a horrible experience into a fun adventure. I was greeted in the lobby by concierge and they took care of everything lightning-fast. I checked into a wonderful modern room that was super-nice. Had a great dinner then decided to try the bar. Fantastico bartender who turned me onto a Godfather drink and a local Gin/Tonic. I slept like a baby then had a wonderful breakfast and a timely shuttle back to the airport. No walking this time. Overall, this changed my whole idea of airport hotels sincerely. In fact I’d go back just to hang on this special island 🏝️

Very chic and modern. I loved the living room decor and piano. The rooms are s bit small, but clean and fun. Service from entire staff was very nice!

Reserved the 9am shuttle bus to munich airport while checking in, and therefore had a voucher shown my room number, name and dept. time in detail. However, the front desk manager was very rudely to reject me getting on the car in the morning when I checked out. And ask me to take another one 30mins later with simply words “I don’t know why they put you at 9am cuz it’s too full at 9am”. She’s not even explained but more like an excuse to say “it’s non of my business, and you could just take it”. I’m very disappointed about their poor management and unwilling to communicate with customers “politely”. Would never recommend business travelers to stay at there only if you could be able to ask lufthansa to wait you 30mins later to takeoff.

On our way to Prague we had a connection in Munich Our flight was canceled and we got a night from the flights company in this hotel. 1. The cleaning - 10/10, no stains on anything, the bathroom was super clean and the room was well organized. 2. The esthetic - the hotel design in a well styled urban fashion. It is very home - like and welcoming. 3. The service - we arrived a little bit after midnight and was taken care of with a lot of patience and everyone were very nice. 4. The food - the dining room was very well organized and the food was great (with 3 options of milk) I really recommend on this hotel it was the best one I've ever been to

Breakfast at 22,- Euro extra cost (!!?) No way! Frankly, I also didn`t like the location, the cheap-built concrete building hotel is being situated in the middle of a very dull, boring, concrete-plated-business neighborhood. There is no sauna at the hotel, no whirlpool, no bathtubs. Just rooms. The hotel was completely empty, with almost zero occupancy, I had the feling I was the only person staying there. The public transport connection to the airport is very complicated, even If it`s only 7 kms=2 hrs walk away. They are offering also a hotel-shuttle for 12 euros, which seems to operate only rarely or on request, but If you go to Hampton just few hundred meters around the corner away, they charge only 5 euros for the same service. The only nice thing I liked there is a real living tree in the middle of the hotel atrium.

Staff is angry on everone, looks like they are bothered of people staying here. Had two cars receptionist told us she had one card for parking. Siting in the lobby we understood that a lot of people have issues with rooms and checking in. Haven't experienced anyghing like this in any of the hotels.

As it is normally to find in Germany, the staff lack of training. They are at reception covering simply a shift, so they can ruin easily your trip/holidays saying at 1:00 am that your booking was canceled with no reason given, either with any solution, but instead trying to get double payment from you. It is a shame because they are new-opened hotel’s chain with a good-design ideas.

New, modern hotel with a jungle theme. Very cool! The rooms are kind of hard to find, as you have to walk through a separate building, but the helpful staff will guide you to them. All TV channels are only in German, which is hopeless for International travellers. 10 min. taxi ride to the Airport and no shuttle (!) Otherwise it would have been full score from me.

The hotel is grand as the emergency stay for Lufthansa passengers. Rooms great. Food is good . The bar service is random.

The employees stayed late after their shift to make sure everyone had a place to sleep. We were exhausted from trying to get back home from Munich. The most stressful travel situation ever. Thank goodness these lovely people stayed late and worked extra to accommodate everyone. I've never been so happy to have a comfy bed. They all deserve overtime +++ or a significant raise. I hope the owners of this hotel acknowledge their hard work.

It is a good hotel if you are looking to get to the airport faster. The room we got wasn't very tidy - stains on the carpet, foot prints on the wall and the bathroom drain was completely blocked.

Very bad customer service at the reception. O was ticked to pay a taxi 25€ for this short ride from the airport even tho it is clearly printed on the paper at the reception that the price for a “taxi” is 12€. When the driver gets you to the airport, they ask for a different price. This should be clearly confirmed by the reception but they barely open their mouth to explain anything. No phones in the room, and no fresh air as the rooms look inside a huge corridor that looks like a hangar or warehouse. No explanation of the hotel's basic facilities, it seems like a quiz show to get any questions answered. Extremely unpleasant country for the hospitality industry.

A quiet hotel near the airport - has a couple of supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance if you don't want to rely on hotel food. Everything looked very well maintained and brand new.

We flew from the US and our stay was amazing! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Our bartender ELIAS, was awesome. Very friendly. We absolutely plan on coming back here

Had a great stop over at the flightgate hotel. Thanks to the friendly staff Elias and Dominik with great cocktails and helping me with toothpaste toothbrush as baggage stuck at the airport. Great recommendations for local restaurants including Kathi's Steakhaus in Freising. Had a fantastic lobster soup and T bone. One of the best I’ve had. Many thanks.

I stayed only one night due to flight irregularities of Lufthansa. Can’t complain cos there were so many guests having the same problem from flight irregularities. There was only hot and very hot water which made my fingers skin too dried and red. It couldn’t be adjusted. And it’s not quite working if I requested another room cos there were more than 30 guests waiting to be checked-in as well. However, so far it’s ok.

Modern hotel with a nice vibe. Friendly staff. Only downside is no direct public transport to the airport. Bus then S Bahn. Around an hour commute to the city centre - again with the use of bus and S Bahn.

Great location and shuttle to airport was efficient and on time. Breakfast was fresh, hot and overall great. Room was clean and quiet. I’d stay here again.

Rooms and location are excellent. We booked a 6:30 am shuttle this morning bec our Lufthansa flight was delayed last night causing us to miss a connection. We are in hotel lobby at 6:25 - they don’t announce anything and a shuttle outside fills and departs just prior to 6:30 so we ask the front desk manager and he first says our three rooms were booked for the 5:30 shuttle - not true and their own paperwork says 6:30!? Then he assures us another shuttle will arrive for us in “7 minutes” but instead hotel guests booked for the 6:45 and 7 am shuttles fill them and depart. The desk manager keeps apologizing and assuring us it’s coming “in two minutes.” Forty + minutes later we’re asking for a taxi. A better solution, a desk manager who is able to problem solve. The man in charge couldn’t acknowledge or solve the mistake and that caused us more stress.

Stayed here cos flight was cancelled and airline put me here. I had a fine stay but its a confusing hotel cos it looks nice but amenities are a bit non-existent. -positives: Staff friendly Breakfast decent (and with prosecco!!) coffee good and strong Room very ok, no complains there. Quiet. Nice terrace -negatives: No coffee in room. Free dinner (cos of airline cancelation) was hideous. 2 veggie options only, with rice. Both were curries. Horrible, sorry. Getting food is also an issue as there is no restaurant, no room service, so you have to either have brought food from somewhere else, or eat in town, or have delivery. Its not their fault, its the kind of hotel they go for, and i shouldnt complain as i was put here by the airline but i found the dinner options (both the free dinner as the lack of real alternatives) a struggle, specially when you’ve been suffering from travel issues and are tired. So if anyone staying there accidentally plan the dinner alternatives beforehand 😂😂 Besides this issue, it was actually a nice hotel and i would stay again in a hotel like this, knowing about the lack of amenities.

This is a good hotel, does not have the trimmings one would expect from a Radisson type hotel but it was good. If you have a layover or do not want to be in the city centre I do recommend this hotel. It is quiet a and has everything you need in a hotel stay as a businessman. It is close to the airport with a shuttle and obviously this allows you access to the metro/trains to move freely anywhere in Munich. The rooms were very clean but not well stocked with any amenities, simple stuff like small condiments you would expect from a Radisson Hotel. This is not a problem as there is a convenience store across the road.

It was a great evening! Despite the big amount of guests they did not forget about us. We had a lot of space to have our gaming evening.

Just spent a night here after a cancelled flight. The staff were really welcoming after a last minute booking and feeling stressed from the cancellation. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable

I can't say anything about the rooms, since I have not stayed in the hotel. But the food is great there. Sometimes we are having or lunchbreak here. The bowls are offering a great value-for-money-ratio! And the service team is very friendly!

Good hotel outside of Munich close to the airport. Good facilities and excellent service. Team is speaking great English and makes you feel at home. Reception is exceptional and provides tips for getting along in the area and to Munich as well as serving customer needs.

This review is specific to the bar in the hotel. Rooms and accomodations are fine. Sat at the bar for a few hours. The bartender and server in training both took time to tailor drinks and food. Knowledgeable, good conversation and great drinks. Would return/ recommend.

Top comfort. Only issue: w/o the card the heating system doesn't work and the room is cold when you stay out for some time

On 21.01, Lifhansa canceled our flight home and accommodated us in this hotel. We had a hard time finding where the shuttle was, but finally took a taxi because it turned out we missed the last shuttle. After we arrived at the hotel, the guy at the front desk told us that there was no place in the shuttle in the morning to the airport, and we could possibly order a taxi, but he wasn't sure it would come because it wasn't a taxi company, it was a hotel. It added a dose of tension, given that we had enough, we also had to pay for the taxi in the morning, there was no shuttle option. I'm disappointed because they put more pressure on us at the hotel.

The hall is very nice, but the rooms are very small and cold. Outside temperature was -13 and the heating was off. Very impolite and unfriendly staff just because we were booked by Lufthansa that canceled our flight.

Worst hotel imaginable. Not 99, but a big ZERO! Customer service at reception (Mario, Rut) from your nightmare, they should be promptly fired for a start. They are rude, unprofessional and nearly caused me to miss my international flight due to their incompetence with providing hotel shuttle back airport. The staff is untrained and unable to communicate clearly. As to the rest: - industrial style hotel in an office building. If the hotel fails which it no doubt will despite fake reviews, they can easily convert into office space! - rooms are small which would be ok if they were functional. The pillows are a weird elongated shape and uncomfortable to sleep on. - the bathroom and shower is designed so poorly that the clogged shower drain caused the water to runoff into the bedroom causing a pool of water in room to wade through!! I didn’t know this until I finished my shower. There is no lip at the edge of shower to hold water in, nor is there a lip at the entry to bathroom to retain water inside bathroom. There was no secondary/backup drain under sink considering this poor design so the water simply ran out of the shower and straight into the bedroom everywhere. Just imagine! To top this off, there is NO phone in the rooms to call reception or room service…so I spent another 30mins mopping the water in the bedroom!!! - the breakfast was good but dinner was a joke…just pasta with tasteless sauce. No dessert, no salad, nothing. - other reviewers have mentioned a jungle theme, but there is no such thing. Just some random monkey stickers in hallways and a monkey design lamp in room… welcome to monkey heaven! - lastly some parts of hotel is falling apart just like their service and business…see pics of reception. So the question you need to ask yourself is would you knowingly stay here? Their survival strategy is to tie up with airlines like Lufthansa to offer passengers free accommodation for delayed/cancelled flights. Not sure why these airlines would put their customers through such a hotel…reflects poorly on them!

I was put here by Lufthansa after missing my connection flight and did not have any expectations. Everything beats sleeping at the airport, right? It turns out it is a really comfortable, stylish, modern hotel that made my overall travel nuisance better. Breakfast is superb! with a touch of German flare.Staff is polite and efficient. There was a larger crowd of poor souls who shared similar faith that night. I would stay here again (hopefully voluntary).

The room is definitely too small, but worse is that it's very enclosed. The room almost has no windows, so pretty much zero fresh air. No fridge, the AC is not working really well either. Other than that it's a standard hotel with ok breakfast (not included )

Finding the hotel is a challenge if arriving by car, very little signage where the entrance actually is. Parking is 15 euro and the garage is empty, for this area it should be free.We came by car, parked on the street initially because you need to get a pass first to get to the garage, can't just drive in as an arriving guest. Went to the front desk, they gave me a garage pass, I parked the car, went back to the front desk to return the garage pass, and to get checked in. Very complicated and unnecessary process! Worst part - there is no air conditioning, and per the front desk they like to keep it warm "for the plants". No plants in my room, it was very hot and stuffy upon arrival. Front desk is aware and their suggestion is to open the window. Once you do that you hear all the noises (near airport, road, etc), people smoking, yelling, arguing below, air smells of rubber/chemicals from the industry and airport nearby. No feather pillows, no phone to call front desk. In summary, not a great experience if you're trying to get a nice relaxing night before your flight the next morning. The only good thing is the hotel is new and the rooms are clean and in good shape.

Super cool hotel ! Located in an office building the hotel has a wildlife/animal theme that follows you to your room with monkeys holding light bulbs. In the lobby there are some games and a piano if you wish to relax. Rooms are tiny but functional and very clean. All this for a very affordable price. Bonus star for the longest faucet ever (picture)
