Here
is
the
first
shortcoming:
there
is
no
interdisciplinary
treatment
and
no
concept
for
LongCovid
(LC)
although
it
is
advertised
on
the
website!
Fully
occupied
with
200
patients,
although
there
is
a
lack
of
staff
everywhere,
the
reception
can
sometimes
be
closed
on
weekends.
Many
courses
are
canceled
as
soon
as
the
trainer/therapist
is
not
there
(no
substitutes).
A
very
restless
atmosphere,
since
new
patients
arrive
every
day,
so
you
see
new
faces
every
day
and
others
disappear.
There
are
no
fixed
groups,
so
you
don't
really
belong
anywhere.
Patients
are
wildly
mixed,
so
the
groups
are
absolutely
heterogeneous
(completely
different
symptoms
and
stages
of
the
disease)
and
the
composition
changes
constantly,
so
that
groups
cannot
be
built
up.
There
is
no
map
(neither
as
a
blackboard
nor
in
DIN
A
4)
for
this
large
complex
with
several
buildings
and
levels
(the
way
from
the
room
to
the
meal
alone
is
almost
200
m),
so
that
you
get
lost
in
the
first
14
days,
around
wrong
and
late.
Nobody
discusses
an
individual
therapy
plan
(as
does
the
feedback
from
other
patients).
In
the
admission
interview,
the
doctor
ticks
what
would
be
good
and
then
you
can
hope
that
you
will
get
it.
It
is
not
discussed
what
has
priority.
Tw.
Not
good
contact:
Doctors
go
into
closed
nurses'
rooms
without
knocking
-
it
doesn't
matter
whether
a
patient
is
sitting
there
naked
(injection
in
the
stomach)
and
now
everyone
can
look
in.
It
is
also
not
announced
when
the
doctor
/
therapist
is
on
vacation
and
who
is
then
responsible.
The
therapy
plans
are
thrown
together
by
the
program
every
day
and
only
distributed
in
the
late
afternoon,
so
that
there
is
no
longer
any
opportunity
for
intervention.
The
only
ones
you
reach
every
day
are
the
ward
nurses,
but
they
have
no
influence
on
the
plan.
There
is
no
information
or
recommendations
for
LongCovid
and
no
group
sessions
to
get
to
know
each
other
or
exchange
ideas.
There
are
simply
no
fixed
groups
and
you
are
completely
on
your
own
and
have
a
hard
time
finding
everything
together.
there
is
no
constructive
breathing
therapy,
only
an
"instruction
on
breathing
therapy"
(10-15
minutes)
with
mixed
groups.
There
are
also
patients
there,
for
example,
who
have
just
had
heart
surgery,
i.e.
you
always
stay
at
the
basic
level.
From
time
to
time
there
are
new
exercises,
but
not
building
up.
The
event
takes
place
almost
every
day,
but
you
don't
make
homogeneous
groups,
so
that
clinical
pictures
are
not
discussed
here
either.
Little
is
said
about
the
clinical
picture
itself.

Hier
das
erste
Manko:
es
gibt
keine
fachübergreifende
Behandlung
und
kein
Konzept
für
LongCovid
(LC)
obwohl
es
auf
der
Webseite
ausgeschrieben
ist!
Voll
belegt
mit
200
Patienten,
obwohl
überall
das
Personal
fehlt,
die
Rezeption
kann
auch
mal
am
Wochenende
geschlossen
sein.
Viel
Ausfall
von
Kursen,
sobald
die
Trainerin/
Therapeutin
nicht
da
ist
(keine
Vertretungen).
Eine
sehr
unruhige
Atmosphäre,
da
jeden
Tag
neue
Patienten
anreisen,
man
sieht
also
täglich
neue
Gesichter
und
andere
verschwinden.
Es
gibt
keine
festen
Gruppen,
so
dass
man
nirgends
richtig
dazugehört.
Patienten
werden
wild
gemischt,
die
Gruppen
sind
also
absolut
heterogen
(völlig
unterschiedliche
Krankheitsbilder
und
-
Krankheitsstadien)
und
die
Zusammensetzung
wechselt
ständig,
so
dass
innerhalb
der
Gruppen
auch
nicht
aufgebaut
werden
kann.
Es
gibt
keinen
Lageplan
(weder
als
Wandtafel
noch
in
Din
A
4)
für
diese
große
Anlage
mit
mehreren
Gebäuden
und
Ebenen
(der
Weg
vom
Zimmer
zum
Essen
beträgt
allein
fast
200
m),
so
dass
man
sich
in
den
ersten
14
Tagen
permanent
verläuft,
herum
irrt
und
zu
spät
kommt.
Niemand
bespricht
einen
individuellen
Therapieplan
(so
auch
das
Feedback
von
anderen
Patienten).
Im
Aufnahmegespräch
kreuzt
der
Arzt/
die
Ärztin
an,
was
gut
wäre
und
dann
darf
man
hoffen,
dass
man
es
bekommt.
Es
wird
nicht
besprochen,
was
Priorität
hat.
Tw.
Kein
guter
Umgang:
Ärzte
gehen
ohne
anzuklopfen
in
geschlossene
Schwesternzimmer
-
egal,
ob
eine
Patientin
dort
entblösst
sitzt
(Spritze
in
den
Bauch)
und
nun
jeder
reinschauen
kann.
Es
wird
auch
nicht
angekündigt,
wenn
der
Arzt
/
Therapeut
Urlaub
hat
und
wer
dann
zuständig
ist.
Die
Therapiepläne
werden
täglich
neu
vom
Programm
zusammengewürfelt
und
erst
am
späten
Nachmittag
verteilt,
so
dass
es
keine
Gelegenheit
mehr
zur
Intervention
gibt.
Die
einzigen,
die
man
täglich
erreicht,
sind
die
Stationsschwestern,
die
aber
keinen
Einfluss
auf
den
Plan
haben.
Es
gibt
keine
Infos
oder
Empfehlungen
für
LongCovid
und
auch
keine
Gruppensitzungen
zum
Kennenlernen
oder
Austausch.
Es
gibt
einfach
gar
keine
festen
Gruppen
und
man
ist
völlig
auf
sich
allein
gestellt
und
sucht
sich
mühsam
alles
zusammen.
es
gibt
keine
aufbauende
Atemtherapie,
sondern
nur
eine
„Einweisung
zur
Atemtherapie“
(10-15
Minuten)
mit
gemischten
Gruppen.
Dort
sind
dann
z.B.
auch
Patienten,
die
frisch
aus
einer
Herz-
OP
kommen,
d.h.,
man
bleibt
immer
auf
dem
Basisniveau.
Ab
und
an
gibt
es
neue
Übungen,
aber
nicht
aufbauend.
Die
Veranstaltung
findet
fast
täglich
statt,
trotzdem
macht
man
keine
homogenen
Gruppen,
so
dass
auch
hier
nicht
auf
Krankheitsbilder
eingegangen
wird.
Auf
das
Krankheitsbild
selbst
wird
wenig
eingegangen.
