I just came to Germany as a mechanical engineer. German Of course it's not good and the cashier didn't help me at all. He was always snippy and rude. Otherwise everything is very nice and the other employees are very friendly. All amenities are available...

High price and they outsource the service aspect to you… Who has less expertise with printing… This means that expensive mistakes will happen at your personal expense. Long story short, if you’re printing with the iPhone self-service, be sure to disable the switch for color unless you want to miss your rent… PRO TIP: if you run into a situation where you make an expensive mistake because nobody helped you, and they tell you €40 to print a thesis at the counter, just say “sorry I have to go to the ATM real quick” … and then leave.

It's a not too small copy shop. You can take your own USB-Stick and I assume other media, too, to print them using one of about 10 printers. Of course you can also print bigger posters, too. The bigger ones are done by the staff, but quite fast. An A0-poster was ready to be picked up on the same day two hours later. I haven't much experience comparing Copyshop prices but I think it's not too pricy but not too cheap as well. Anyhow I was happy about their work every time I used their services.

The service here is amazing. Just went to copy some files and since you can do it self service, i got it wrong, they didn't even charge me for that, even if it was my fault. Super nice people, not expensive at all for all the printing and copying i did. I can definitely see myself returning here to copy, print or anything they offer. Also very nice, down to earth people.

Super easy to print documents from from your iPhone to the printer. And they accept cards.

Almost everything fits: the copies, help if necessary, costs ok, transport convenient... what more do you need!

Great service and very friendly and patient staff who took a lot of time helping me adjust my PSD document in order to print it correctly (which is usually not their job) and choose the right paper. I highly recommend this place!!

First time I was there, i had to wait 45 mins and then I gave up. Second time, it was as smooth as it can be. Helpful, kind, and English speaking staff in both the cases.

Fast and very good work

Really good service here. I printed my manuscript and the staff was very helpful and supportive to help me save my file the right way on order to print. Really recommend for good quality prints. Also printed white ink on black paper and turned out so good.

I personally love that I can take care of my needs on my own. Nobody's trying to upsell you anything, they just left you print your stuff in peace if you're halfway proficient with technology.

I wanted to print out a few pages, which would have cost about €2. Since I didn't have an iPhone, I had to send it via email. Today I was charged a service fee of an additional €2 for the printout, which only took 10 seconds. And "the service" wasn't even friendly 😂 I'll look for another place in the future.

I needed 1000x custom-made brochures for my company, great advice and implementation from the boss himself, I'm very satisfied, thank you very much.

The team here is the best. They are all so kind and helpfull and always delivering everything I threw on them in time. My current situation needs all kinds of different and weird prints, and they always served just what I needed without any mistakes. Sure we will be working a lot together. I had my seminar paper bound here - the service was very friendly and I was served quickly! I will gladly come again!

I just wanted to make some prints. I had prepared PDF files that were in A4 and wanted to bring 2 per page, i.e. to A5 format. After I couldn't get this set up myself, I asked for help. Since the employee was with a customer, I waited patiently... which is okay because service means a lot to me. But after it was finally my turn, the employee only had one sentence left for me: "that's the wrong format" and simply disappeared. So wait again. Then another employee came and I explained my concerns to her. She says then I have to do it on the computer and do it there. Somehow it didn't work on the computer as I had hoped and asked for help again because an error message suddenly appeared while printing (after 4 out of 10 sheets). Then the employee came and simply accused me of sentences: "That's a different format than A4" and "How much did you print? You always print one sheet first as a test!" No, I do not think so. Format was correct and I'm also printing the smaller number I plan on. Then she wanted to open the Wold file and print that. But I stopped the whole thing straight away and said I had already tested it and I didn't want that because their version of Office was outdated and my file would have a different design as a result. So she couldn't help me and I decided it didn't matter now. I just take the part with me and pay. I didn't think I'd be there for half an hour for 10 sheets. I mentioned this roughly when paying, but there was no apology or accommodation, and the PC service was also charged extra, which was of no use to me. There was another star for the help of the other customer... I would have liked this service too. Or simply: It doesn't work here other than having to listen to some "accusations" that the file format is not correct. I then went to another copy shop with the same file. The whole thing took 5 minutes, totally uncomplicated and thicker paper was selected. The sheet was simply cut to A5 for me without asking and the overall price was also cheaper. I'm not concerned about the few cents, but you do expect service when it's more expensive than somewhere else.

Results were satisfactory but service was not helpful and had me pay for their mistakes. Din't make a scene over 50ct, but their service doesn't justify the service fee of almost 2€.

First impression was great, a friendly employee helped me and gave me very good advice. The printing of my bachelor's thesis cost €48, and the announcement was that the printing should be one-sided. At home I checked the work, which was printed double-sided. I called to have the error corrected, the lady on the phone said it was my mistake and therefore my problem and that I had to pay the printing costs to correct the error myself. I am very disappointed that the mistake was with the employees and not with me, especially since as a student I cannot afford any further pressure. I don't know if my university accepts the work like that. My recommendation: Definitely emphasize and demand the method of printing several times and definitely. I will not have any works or similar printed in this shop. Mistakes happen, but in such cases a certain amount of accommodation is required. This review refers to my visit to the store on August 28, 2023.

Trying to charge as much money from you as possible. Just needed white& black printout. Staff wasn’t helpful to find a working machine and when asked for a help they’ve just got angry. They’ve charged 10 € for 10 pages. If you’re Vision is impaired and you cannot pay attention to all the small writings, definitely not advising you to use this service. As a default their machines are set up for color printing. So will not come here anymore.

First time printing a book as a graphic designer student. Had to leave the shop, because the lady who works there was asking me questions in a mocking tone. Despite having made it clear to her that I had never printed a book, she continued to be rude and unhelpful.

Came to print, Stood in the cold for hours. Called the numbers, no response. Knocked for hours, no answer. The shop was open, computers were on, I could see that from the window but still no response. Not even answering their calls.

I had to print a poster on the same evening and this place did it really quick in 15mins. My scientific poster looked perfect. Highly recommend this place for printing scientific posters.

Best copy/print shop in town. Printed here a lot of stuff over the years, from Master thesis to large pictures and just today again an amateur made collage in PowerPoint that the always helpful guys again turned into a beautiful print.
