You might find some fair and good clothes, however the costumers service is completely trash. When we came into the shop, a woman was loudly discussing with the employee. they were accusing her of robbery. After spending around 2,5 hours we finished and wanted to pay, but guess what ? They did the same thing to us. They rudely accused us of trying to change the prices on the clothes we wanted to buy!

My sister went here to shop and was robbed. She said that one of the workers told her to stop crying because the thief had already left. I don’t think this is the way to treat a customer that has lost all her money, her credit card and important documents.

It’s a SCAM. I am sharing this review because I was in the process of donating a large amount of clothing to Humana when I discovered these facts: 1. Most of the money for this shop actually goes to a for profit organization and very little of the money can be traced to actually going to non profit and aid organizations. Even though it uses the Humana logo internal investigations do not show very much money if any going to the Humana organization that does aid work in developing countries. 2. The humana shops have been cited mutiple times for violations against employees and inhumane or unlawful working conditions for its employees. If they are rude it’s because they are being abused by the actual organization. 3. Even direct donations to the supposedly non profit arm that oversees the Humana stores have ciphered off the funds directly into overseas tax shelters disappearing them into a system of shell companies and trusts never to be seen again. 4. This is a scam, don’t support it with your donations or purchasing power. If you really want to donate clothes, the. Deposit them into the Red Cross donation points throughout the city or go to other privately owned second hand shops throughout the city. You might not be supporting a non profit but at least you will supporting a small business, and not a corporate scam using aid as a cover for shady dealings.

pretty large store compared to some of their other locations and the prices are okay. i think you’d need some free time or a day off to actually go through everything and find something you like (it really depends on your style). i couldn’t find a lot of things worth the money, but it’s one of those shops you have to visit a bunch of times and hope for the best :))

Sadly the selection here is very poor and prices are a joke. Far too expensive for what is offered here. Waste of time.

Very pricey but well organized. However they are stingy therfor the 3 star review. We spent 100€ and I asked for a discount on an 8€ shirt and was declined. Like I said - little pricey.

It appears you should change your opening hours to 19:30 instead of 20:00, as the staff start closing sections of the store a good 25 mins before close. Music is off at 19:30. This is not a good example of customer service…. I presume this is because staff aren’t paid for the mins after 20:00 and are rushing to get out….. disappointing service.

Please consider seriously to dismiss the lady at cashier. (around 40+age) Never had such a bad impression from a staff at Humana stores but Here! from this lady, wow. If you don't want to work or welcome clients, then please stay at home. Why Do I have to get such bad service from a staff even though I spend money here? Really non-sense, right?

Big shop with plenty of clothes to browse! Some reduced clothing which were great prices but I found a lot was out of my budget. Also some of the other reviews here make me skeptical of where the money raised goes... 👀

Humana Berlin left me utterly disappointed. I purchased a jacket for 72 euros, expecting decent quality, but it turned out to be unwearable. To add insult to injury, despite the evident poor condition of the item, they refused to offer a refund or exchange. For a second-hand item, the price was exorbitant. Shopper please note – it seems quality assurance and customer satisfaction are not their top priorities.

It is a very big store with lots of options. Unfortunately I have now (after returning home) found 3 holes in this t-shirt I bought in the store. I tried it on but it wasn’t visible then. I hope the staff or the people donating the clothes will stop giving away clothes that has holes or spots on it❤️

Would you like to pay stupidly high prices for donated clothes from a dead German pensioner? Tons of clothes with horrible designs won't magically become fashionable just because you put a label that says "vintage" on them. I have nothing against recycling or reusing second-hand clothing, but at those prices it is much better to support an independent designer or a small business and have a decent piece of clothing in exchange.

The man section was quite small... But you can find a lot of pieces in the woman's section. They take credit cards

Found a few nice things but the moment I sae the prices decided to leave. If they want people to stop supporting fast fashion then they shoykd price their SECOND HAND items lower so everybody can afford them. If I can buy a brand new shirt for less than the Humana prices then I will buy new. 🙂

It was pretty cool! Found some nice clothes, but I would plan at least a few hours to find something actually cute!

The coat I bought was cheaper to buy new, it seemed. But it's really nice.

A fantastic shop. Clean, large selection, good quality and good prices. I will be back and I will recommend you to others.

Expensive and bad state clothes. They should defined classify items and give away some of them.

Buy second hand clothes 2 slow down fast fashion. Or just wear what you find on the sidewalk, sure way 2 get into Berghain.

The prices are ok. Very wide variety of clothes and a very organised store. The employees are not very nice though.

The shop is chaotic. Its not tidy . You will get tired after 15 min . And the smell is awful. The other Humana stires are much better

Not a vintage store. Be aware if looking for Berlin style clothing maybe this is not the place. The price are good

  • 3/5 Melli W. 2 years ago on Google
It's ok. The staff tries to keep it clean and organized but the prices are just too high for my liking.
