Great shop with a nice, warm atmosphere! The first time I was actually just there to browse and was immediately entertained in a friendly manner by the boss himself. He explained to me in detail about his selection of brands in the store and that nothing is simply offered, but that he is convinced of every product. It was a great consultation that was never intrusive. When I told him that I would be in Berlin next week, he immediately told me about friends' shops there that I should definitely go to and where there was good food. :) And all without me buying anything. Yes, what can I say, today I was back and bought my first pair of pants from his colleague, who was also super nice and competent. And it certainly won't be the last. Unreservedly recommended!!!

Quartier 97 is worth its weight in gold for Würzburg! The brand selection is far from the mainstream, with a clear focus on quality and durability. I met Michael in the old store as a friendly and communicative owner who is passionate about his products. Even if you come into his store with "I'm not planning on buying anything, I was just in the area and wanted to take a look..", you can still have a great chat with him. I can't leave the rating from "the reviewer" alone and I find it simply understandable that Michael can't take care of one customer and greet everyone else at the same time. Sometimes, before reviewing, people should consider what bad(ish) reviews on Google mean for their business.

Small but nicely done shop. Expensive but high quality products. Or so it seems. Unfortunately, I haven't been greeted twice now when I entered the store. The owner/seller simply continued to chat with his customer in peace of mind. That doesn't work for me at all. The first contact is the most important thing in service.

Great advice from someone who clearly has a passion for what he sells and stands behind the products (check out all his worn Red Wing boots!!) This combination of knowledge and passion is hard to find - love it!!
