Best BJJ / No-Gi grappling school in Saarbrücken. Katie and Abel are both very skilled trainer. Awesome people with a great team spirit. Makes fun to train and spend time with all the people there.

I have been training 2 weeks now and all I have is positive views. From the head coach to the athletes, everyone is helpfull and kind. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive. The classes are in English and German which is very important for the international members. I totally recomend it!

Katie & Abel are doing such an amazing job with Casa de Luta! I can’t say enough good things about them. Also with their women’s classes, they’re making it very easy for women to start/continue martial arts in a comfortable and supportive environment. Katie has such a fun way of teaching, you will LOVE going to her class and she will keep you inspired. They also just added Muay Thai classes coached by a professional fighter. Casa de Luta is going places - if you’re in the area, take advantage of the wealth of experience there and be a part of it.

The trainers were very friendly and it was generally a pleasant experience

We attended a self-defense course especially for children, it was simply great how the trainers dealt with the little ones. Kids were really excited and want to go there regularly, but since we live in Worms it's a bit difficult to drive. We will definitely be there again for the next courses. Clear recommendation from our side, top!
