You can really get help here. I had very specific ideas about an engagement ring and was given very good advice. I never had the feeling that anything was being talked out of me here - quite the opposite. I am very satisfied and will definitely come back for the sad one. 😊

We bought our wedding rings here and after 3 years we are still very happy with the rings. No matter what it's about, you'll always get great advice: wedding rings, getting your ears pierced, jewelry repair. I recently had a bracelet repaired, which another jeweler said wouldn't have been possible (without further damage). You can tell straight away that customer satisfaction is the top priority and that it's not just about profit like some others do. We will always be happy to come to Aurelius in the future ❤️

But I can highly recommend this jeweler, especially for engravings of any kind. I received particularly friendly and extensive advice, the owner took a lot of time and calm to address my concerns (which was not the case in other shops, especially in the week before Christmas). I just happened to go into this jeweler because it was on the way and I couldn't find it in the other shops. I was very positively surprised and can recommend everyone to just go there. I went there for an engraving on my ring when I was told at other stores that it wouldn't be possible for them to do an engraving in there. Here I got the engraving I wanted, even more beautiful than I had imagined. Although this jeweler seemed rather inconspicuous to me from the outside in terms of its variety, I was able to learn something better. Not only jewelry can be engraved here, but also signs (whether made of metal or coated materials), plastic cards and much more. Just go in and get good advice from the friendly local people :)

Ich war am Dienstag wegen meiner Armbanduhr da. Eigentlich wollte ich diese abgeben, weil eine Ziffer angeklebt werden musste. Kurzerhand wurde die Uhr gekonnt auseinander gebaut und alles wieder ordentlich zusammengesetzt. Bezahlen musste ich dafür nichts. Für so einen netten und unkomplizierten Service kann man nur ein Lob aussprechen! Würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Der beste Juwelier der Stadt! Meine Frau und ich kauften unsere Eheringe dort und wurden nicht nur super beraten, sondern mussten auch feststellen, dass andere Läden für gleiches Material fast 50 Prozent teurer waren! Goldschmuck der zur Reparatur abgegeben wird, wird häufig noch während man vor Ort ist repariert, immer sehr kostengünstig, es wurden sogar eine Kette und ein Ring, völlig kostenlos wieder funktionsfähig gemacht! Einfach mal ein erfrischender Unterschied zu den anderen Juwelieren in unserer schönen Stadt!

Ich bin mit einer kaputten Kette zu Aurelius. Die Glieder wurden direkt innerhalb von ein paar Minuten ausgetauscht und bezahlen durfte ich auch nicht. Super Service!

Ich habe in dem Laden ein Armband eingravieren lassen. Die Gravur sieht sehr schön aus. Das Armband war schnell fertig. Die Beratung war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert !👍🏻

Top Beratung: Mitarbeiterin und Besitzer haben sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und sogar Sonderwünsche umgesetzt, die laut anderen Juwelieren so nicht möglich waren. Mit dem Service und dem Ergebnis sind wir super zufrieden!

Bin wegen einer kaputten Kette und Edelstein hingegangen. Wurde kurzerhand professionell repariert,obwohl es kein hochwertiger Schmuck war. Bezahlen musste ich nichts. Sehr netter und kompetenter Service.

Das Armband, was ich meinem Freund zum Jahrestag geschenkt habe, ist kaputt gegangen. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass es einige Tage braucht, damit das Armband repariert wird und ich war mir ebenso unsicher, ob es überhaupt reparierbar ist. Jedoch hat das Personal sich vor Ort für mich die Zeit genommen und es innerhalb 10 Minuten repariert! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich weiß jetzt wo ich hingehe, falls einer meiner Schmucksachen kaputt gehen sollte! :)

Als ich mich bei mehreren Geschäften vergeblich nach einer Gravur für eine Uhr als Geburtstagsgeschenk erkundigt habe, wurde meine Anfrage bei Juwelier Aurelius ohne Probleme und mit einer detaillierten Vorberatung angenommen, und die Gravur war tatsächlich auch schon am nächsten Tag fertig! Bei anderen hätte es mehrere Tage oder Wochen gedauert, und das Ergebnis ist wunderschön ausgefallen, bezahlen musste ich für die Gravur sogar auch nichts. Ich kann diesen Juwelier nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen✨👍
