At the beginning something overlapped with the payment and I received a threat of termination without notice because I was about 2 euros behind (no joke). After a few months, another junkie moved in, and the stench of various substances regularly rose up. It was also pretty loud and inconsiderate. And this with walls through which you can feel a pin falling. Housing construction did not take action despite noise reports and evidence. I moved out six months earlier than planned and still had a really nice private apartment on the Weser 😊 Housing construction and the area around the Netto in general only in an emergency.

I would prefer not to give a star. The unfriendly and incompetent caretaker scares away the reviews. It is questionable why various defects are not recorded and contact is not made in advance. Apparently I was supposed to receive it weeks in advance. Instead, today I am receiving invoices for the repair of a few things in the amount of my operating cost credit. Astonishing ! The company is definitely not recommended!

When we moved into this house 2 years ago, I didn't think we would have so many problems with Bekkan. This woman abuses her position, she does a lot False accusations. My neighbors, whose only concern is to analyze what I do every day, are making false complaints. I tried so many times to explain to Bekkan that there are accusations without reason and out of racial hatred, but she only sent me papers with threats!!!! Especially the last letter in which he threatened to throw me out of the house!!!! I've already hired a lawyer and it won't stay that way! I will publish absolutely all of your threatening letters because I'm tired of living in fear. I'm tired of the fear that my neighbors will find another absurd reason to report me tomorrow and I'll end up on the street with my children!!!!!

The Wormuth family has just cleaned the outside of the garbage corner and shed. My father asked (Mr. Röwer) whether we could get a high-pressure cleaner, but we were told no. The tenant should buy a high-pressure cleaner himself. And the employees on the phone should be ashamed of themselves. The woman was very unfriendly and loud on the phone. It would be best if we didn't give a star.

Own tenant experiences consistently positive. During house renovation work, you were given a free apartment until the work was completed. If the toilet bowl was defective, a replacement was installed very quickly. And if you have your rent debited via automatic direct debit, as should be normal, you won't have any problems with additional payments in ridiculously small amounts. No constant rent increases like elsewhere and municipal participation is incredibly cheap compared to rental apartments in other more rural communities. The only downside are the interior walls in the Elsflether 6-party houses. You can hear everything if the neighbors are louder. Perhaps the noise could have been better insulated when the property was taken over. Only three walls, each 2x3.5m, are affected.

The caretaker probably also thinks that he is the king. Doesn't invite people to make excuses. Interrupts. Makes claims without proving it. Is aggressive and arrogant. At the end of April we were able to move into our apartment after renovations. She turned out beautiful. A big thank you to all the craftsmen for the great work. The caretaker, Mr. Schmikale, was also a great help. He was always friendly and always had good advice. Ms. Gerdes also gave us very good advice when looking for an apartment. We feel very comfortable here. The beautiful apartment, a great neighborhood and the beautiful surroundings, everything fits perfectly. I moved into an apartment from Wohnungsbau Wesermarsch in February 2022. I was able to get into the apartment a little earlier, which of course is always nice - to take measurements, etc. Ms. Bekaan was very helpful in concluding the apartment rental agreement. And Mr. Knutzen, the caretaker, has helped my father and me a lot several times. So, I am completely satisfied so far and can only recommend Wohnungsbau Wesermarsch.
