In
short:
Formidable!!
What
the
Schnitzler
couple
conjures
up
here
comes
from
the
heart
and
is
still
gastronomy
at
the
highest
level!
An
excellent
thick
fish
soup,
excellent
rabbit
fillet
with
a
great
potato
mash
with
a
spicy
tomato
sauce,
and
the
whole
thing
cooked
in
a
puff
pastry
coat
with
cabbage
à
point
rosa
(a
real
culinary
masterpiece),
excellent
wine
recommendations
-
and
then,
above
all,
inimitably
good
poor
knights
with
the
finest
berry
fruit
sauce
and
fresh
berries
at
the
end,
crowned
with
an
excellent
espresso
and
first-class
20-year-old
Rivesaltes,
a
revelation
in
a
vanilla
almond
and
walnut
aroma
-
plus
a
really
great
atmosphere,
warm,
friendly
and
personal
welcome
and
support,
top
service,
an
outstanding
wine
and
spirits
list
with
many

individual
finds
and
treasures
that
you
don't
get
anywhere
else

I'm
a
trained
winemaker,
my
mother
and
grandparents
come
from
Rüdesheim,
and
that's
where
I
discovered
my
love
for
wine,
but
this
location
didn't
mean
anything
to
me
!)
Of
course
it's
a
little
more
expensive,
but
worth
every
cent!
It's
great
that
such
gems
still
exist!
